How to install the washing machine?

Make sure the machine is on a flat and stable surface. Connect the water inlet hose to the faucet (pressure 0.05-0.8 MPa) and the drain hose to the outlet. Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet. Refer to the manual for detailed instructions.

Which program to use for an eco wash?

Use the Eco 40-60 program for low-temperature washing (40°C or 60°C) with reduced water and energy consumption.

How to clean the filter?

Open the flap at the bottom right, unscrew the filter by turning counterclockwise. Remove debris and rinse it. Put it back in place. Check regularly to avoid drain problems.

What to do if the machine does not drain water?

Check that the drain hose is not kinked. Clean the drain filter as indicated in the previous question. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

How to deactivate the child lock?

Press the Temperature and Spin buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until the child lock icon turns off.

Why does the machine vibrate?

Check that the machine is level. Make sure the transport bolts have been removed. Distribute the laundry evenly in the drum. Overloading can cause vibrations.

How to use the delayed start?

Select the desired program, then press the Delayed Start button to choose the finish time. The machine will start automatically to finish at the chosen time.

Which detergent to use?

Use a detergent suitable for front-loading washing machines and your type of laundry. Avoid excessive foam. Follow the laundry detergent manufacturer's instructions.

How to reset the machine?

If the machine is stuck, unplug it for 10 minutes, then plug it back in. Select a program and cancel it with the Cancel/Stop button.

Environmental conditions

This appliance is marked according to the European directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).

GENERAL SAFETY RULES

• This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

Electrical connections and safety instructions

• Make sure that the electrical system is earthed, complies with all applicable law and that the (electricity) socket is compatible with the plug of the appliance. Otherwise, seek qualified professional assistance.

• Before cleaning or maintaining the washing machine, unplug the appliance and turn off the water tap.

• Do not pull on the power cord or appliance to unplug the machine.
