Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.
General Safety Instructions
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must never play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must never be carried out by children without supervision.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Keep the appliance and the cable cord out of the reach of children less than 8 years old.
- WARNING: In order to ensure your children's safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
- If the supply cord is damaged it must be repaired by the Authorized Service Agent in order to avoid hazards.
- Never pull on the cord when unplugging.

Do not use the unit with a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working properly.

Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Make sure the appliance has been unplugged before cleaning.
- This appliance must be installed following the national regulations for electrical installations.
- This appliance is for household use only.

SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Before connecting the device to the network, check that the voltage indicated in the nameplate matches the network's voltage.
- Connect the device to a power socket outlet provided with Earth wire and that withstands 16 amps.
- The device's plug must match the power base of the power outlet. Never modify the plug. Do not use plug adapters.
- Do not force the extension lead. Do not roll up the extension lead around the device. Do not let the extensio lead to be in contact with the hot surfaces of the device.

Keep the working area clean and well-lighted.

Do not place the device on hot surfaces such as hot plates for cooking, gas burners, furnaces or the like.
- Do not place objects over the device that may impede the proper functioning of the steam outlet valve (D) of the device.
- Do not operate the device connected to an external timer or a separate remote control system.
- Keep the appliance dry and do not use the device near water.
- This device is not suitable for outdoor use.
- CAUTION: The surface can remain hot during or after use.
Use and care:
- Before each use, unwind the device's cable completely.
- Do not use the device without properly placed bowl.
- Do not use the device if the start-up/shutdown system does not work.
- Make use of the handle/s to pick up or transport the device.
- Do not turn the device while in use or while connected to the network.
- In order to preserve the non-stick coating in good condition, do not use on metallic or sharp utensils.
- Use only appropriate utensils that withstand high temperatures. The spatula and the spoon included within this device are not suitable to withstand high temperatures.
- Unplug the device from the mains when not in use and before any cleaning operation.
- Do not store the device where the room temperature can be below 2^ C.
- Maintain and keep the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
INSTRUCTIONS
1.-Notes prior to use:
- Before using the product for the first time, clean the parts in contact with food as described in the section Cleaning.
- Make sure the pot is properly placed on the heating plate, since otherwise it may cause errors.
- Prepare the device according to the function you want to perform.
2.-Use:
- Unroll the cable completely before plugging and connect the device to the electronic network.

LED screen will light "00.55" and RICE program by default.
-
Select the function you want to be performed by the device pressing MENU button (5).
- Press the function selection button (5) as often as necessary to make flash on the LED screen the representative light of the desired function.
- Screen will show the working time of each function. If you want to set time, press PLUS button (6) until screen shows desired time, depending on the variable time range assigned to each function and the section of minutes stipulated in the table at the end of this manual.
- SOFRITO function also allows adjustment of the operating temperature with button 3.
- Press the start button (1) so that the device starts to work. Two points in timer will flick, indicating that it starts warming.
SOFRITO FUNCTION
- This program is particularly suitable for sofritos, besides you can adjust the time and temperature for cooking other meals.
- Once the cooking time is finished, the device will switch to function maintaining automatically hot. If you want to stop the "keep warm" function, press the stop/ keep warm button (2).
- ATTENTION: This feature is scheduled to begin counting time of work from the moment the device reaches the set temperature.
PAELLA FUNCTION
- This program is especially suitable for paellas.
- Once the cooking time is finished, the device will switch to function maintaining automatically hot. If you want to stop the "keep warm" function, press the stop/ keep warm button (2).
TARTA/PASTEL FUNCTION
- This program is particularly suitable for making cakes and pies.
- Spread the bowl with some butter or oil. Feed the ingredients in the bowl or the previously prepared mix of the cake as indicated in the recipe.
- Once the cooking time is finished, the device will switch to function maintaining automatically hot, at same time screen will show "bb". If you want to stop the "keep warm" function, press the stop/ keep warm button (2).
SOPA FUNCTION
- This program is suitable for making soups and consommé.
- Once the cooking time is finished, the device will switch to function maintaining automatically hot, enlightening on screen "bb". If you want to stop the "keep warm" function, press the stop/ keep warm button (2).
HORNEADO FUNCTION
- This program is especially suitable for baked food
- Once the cooking time is finished, the device will switch to function maintaining automatically hot, enlightening on screen "bb". If you want to stop the "keep warm" function, press the stop/ keep warm button (2).
PASTA FUNCTION
- This program is particularly suitable for cooking pasta.

Fill the bowl with pasta and water without exceeding 10 measuring cups, as marked on the bowl.

ATTENTION: this function is scheduled to begin counting working time from the moment the device reaches the set temperature.
YOGUR FUNCTION
- This program is suitable for making yogurt and other desserts that require slow cooking at low temperature
AL VAPOR FUNCTION
- This program is especially suitable for steaming.
- First add the amount of water needed, ensuring that it does not exceed the minimum level of the basket. Enter the basket (H) and the foods, making sure that they do not touch the lid when closing the device.
- Once the cooking time is finished, the device will switch to function maintaining automatically hot, enlightening on screen "bb". If you want to stop the "keep warm" function press the stop/keep warm button (2).
PAPILLAS FUNCTION
- This program is especially suitable for cooking rice pudding and preparing porridge oats and other cereals
- Once the cooking time is finished, the device will switch to function maintaining automatically hot, enlightening on screen "bb". If you want to stop the "keep warm" function press the stop/keep warm button (2).
RECALENTAR FUNCTION
- This program is especially suited to warm plates.
- Once the cooking time is finished, the device will switch to function maintaining automatically hot enlightening on screen "bb". If you want to stop the "keep warm" function, press the stop/ keep warm button (2).
ARROZ FUNCTION
- This program is especially suitable for cooking rice.
- Once the cooking time is finished, the device will switch to function maintaining automatically hot, enlightening on screen "bb". If you want to stop the "keep warm" function, press the stop/ keep warm button (2).
TIMER FUNCTION
Programming of start cooking time:
- This appliance allows you select the start time of cooking food according selected function.
- After select desired function and time press TEMPORIZADOR button (3). Hours and minutes will flick on the screen.
- Press set button PLUS (6) to select the desired time when you want to start cooking (from 30 minutes until 24 hours in intervals of 30 minutes).
- Press INICIO button (1).
- Programed time/remaining time will appear on screen.
3.- Tips
- The cover can be opened during operation of the device for performing tasks or remove food doneness view thereof. The appliance continues operating with the cover open, even so it is recommended that the minimum to open and reclose after the operation.
- Special attention when opening the cover and the interior temperature can be raised to avoid burns
4.- Cleaning and maintenance
- Disconnect the device to the electronic network and allow it to cool down before star cleaning
- Disassemble the device following this steps: remove the bucket
- To clean the steam output valve, remove it from pulling up device. Turn it over and remove the cover turning the same one in the opposite direction to clockwise.
- Except the electric set and the electronic network, all parts can be cleaned with soap and water or in the dishwasher
- Clean the electrical assembly and the network connector with a damp cloth.
- Do not use solvents or acid products with a pH factor such as bleach, or abrasive products to clean the appliance
- It is recommended to clean the machine regularly and remove all traces of food
- The following parts are suitable for cleaning in hot soapy water or in the dishwasher with a soft wash program: bucket, steam bucket, steam outlet valve, spatula, spoon, measuring cup.
- Then dry all parts before assembly and saved.

Disposal of old electrical appliances.
