TABLE FAN INSTRUCTION MANUAL
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Read carefully and save for future use!
Warning: The safety measures and instructions, contained in this manual, do not include all conditions and
situations possible. The user must understand that common sense, caution and care are factors that cannot be integrated into any product. Therefore, these factors shall be ensured by the user/s using and operating this appliance. We are not liable for damages caused during shipping, by incorrect use, voltage uctuation or the modi cation or adjustment of any part of the appliance. To protect against a risk of re or electric shock, basic precautions shall be taken while using electrical appliances, including the following:
1. Make sure the voltage in your outlet corresponds to the voltage provided on the appliance label and that
the socket is properly grounded. The outlet must be installed according to valid safety instructions.
2. Do not operate the appliance if the power cord is damaged. All repairs including cord replacements
shall be performed by a professional service centre! Do not remove protective covers of the appliance, risk of electric shock!
3. Protect the appliance against contact with water and other liquids to prevent risk of electric shock.
4. The product is intended for household use only! Do not use the fan outdoors or in wet environments or
touch the power cord or appliance with wet hands. Risk of electric shock.
5. Pay closer attention when using the fan near children!
6. Place the fan out of the reach of other objects so as to ensure free circulation of air necessary for its correct
operation. Never cover the fan openings!
7. Do not use the fan with timers, remote control switches and similar devices. In case of covered or
improperly placed fan there is arisk of re.
8. Do not use the fan in hot areas (close to stove, heating, etc.).
9. Never place the fan on asoft surface such as abed, sofa, etc. It must be placed on a rm, level surface.
10. If the device emits an unusual smell or smoke, switch it o immediately and call service.
11. Do not turn the device on or o by plugging or unplugging the power cord. Always switch o the fan using
the main switch rst, then pull the power cord out of the outlet.
12. Do not leave the fan with plugged in power cable unattended. Disconnect the cord from the electrical
outlet prior to performing maintenance. Do not pull the cord from the outlet by yanking the cord. Unplug the cord from the outlet by grasping the plug.
13. Do not allow the cord to touch hot surfaces or lead the cord over sharp edges.
14. Do not stick your ngers or some objects in the fan openings.
15. Use the fan only in accordance with instructions in this user manual. The manufacturer is not liable for
damages caused by the improper use of this appliance.
16. This appliance is intended for household use and similar areas, including:
- kitchenettes in stores, o ces and other workplaces - appliances used in agriculture - appliances used by guests in hotels, motels and other residential facilities - appliances used in bed and breakfast facilities
17. This appliance can be used by children ages 8 and older and by the physically and mentally impaired or
by individuals with insu cient experience and knowledge, if supervised or trained to use the appliance in asafe manner and understand potential dangers. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance operations performed by the user shall not be carried out by children without supervision.
Warning: To prevent overheating, do not cover the fan. The fan must not be placed just below the outlet.
1. Back and front cover grill
ASSEMBLY Notice: The fan may be used only if it is properly and completely assembled, including the base and the guard grill. If you have any doubt, have the appliance inspected or assembled by aquali ed professional. Stand
1. Fasten the motor assembly with the pedestal to the base using included screws A.
2. Place the back part of the grill on the body of the motor B.
3. Place the back part of the grill and tighten C.
4. Place the fan blade on the shaft of the motor so that the notches correspond to the grooves on the shaft.
5. Put the front grill on the back part of the grill and secure it using included screw E.
USE Make sure prior to each use that the fan is in good condition and the power cord is not damaged. The appliance must not be used when the power cord is damaged. You can control the fan using the control elements on the bottom part of the pedestal.
1. Plug the fan in the electrical outlet.
2. Set the speed by turning the control ring to the desired position to set the
optimum performance: 0 – o , 1 – low 2 – medium, 3 – high.
3. The control ring is located on the head of the fan. Start oscillation by
pressing the button. If you want to stop the fan turning left/right, pull the button up. If you do not use the device, always unplug the power cord from the outlet!
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning pull out the plug of the power cord from the outlet!
- Use soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use solvents or other chemicals.
- Make sure that no liquid seeped into the motor.
- If the fan is not used for long time, it is necessary to protect it from dust and moisture. We recommend that you store it in its original packaging.
- When dismantling the fan, proceed in reverse order of the assembly. We recommend to keep the packaging for possible transportation or storage of the fan. 32 1 0GB
