SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Caution! Closely follow the instructions set out in this manual. All responsibility for any eventual inconveniences, damages, or fires caused by not complying with the instructions in this manual is declined. The extractor hood has been designed exclusively for domestic use.
Caution! Do not connect the appliance to the mains until the installation is fully complete.
Before any cleaning or maintenance operation, disconnect the hood from the mains by removing the plug or disconnecting the mains electrical supply.
Always wear work gloves for all installation and maintenance operations. The appliance is not intended for use by children or persons with impaired physical, sensorial or mental faculties, or if lacking in experience or knowledge, unless they are under supervision or have been trained in the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. This appliance is designed to be operated by adults, children should be monitored to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. This appliance is designed to be operated by adults. Children should not be allowed to tamper with the controls or play with the appliance. Never use the hood without effectively mounted grating! The hood must NEVER be used as a support surface unless specifically indicated. The premises where the appliance is installed must be sufficiently ventilated, when the kitchen hood is used together with other gas combustion devices or other fuels. The ducting system for this appliance must not be connected to any existing ventilation system which is being used for any other purpose such as discharging exhaust fumes from appliances burning gas or other fuels. The flaming of foods beneath the hood itself is severely prohibited. The use of exposed flames is detrimental to the filters and may cause a fire risk, and must therefore be avoided in all circumstances. Any frying must be done with care in order to make sure that the oil does not overheat and ignite.
Caution! Accessible parts of the hood may become hot when used with cooking appliance.
With regards to the technical and safety measures to be adopted for fume discharging it is important to closely follow the regulations provided by the local authorities. The hood must be regularly cleaned on both the inside and outside (AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH).
This must be completed in accordance with the maintenance instructions provided in this manual. Failure to follow the instructions provided in this user guide regarding the cleaning of the hood and filters will lead to the risk of fires. Do not use or leave the hood without the lamp correctly mounted due to the possible risk of electric shocks. We will not accept any responsibility for any faults, damage or fires caused to the appliance as a result of the non-observation of the instructions included in this manual.

2. USE
The hood serves to aspirate the fumes and vapors resulting from cooking. The attached installation manual indicates the version to be used depending on the model you have, the suction version with
external evacuation of filtering with internal recirculation
3. INSTALLATION
The mains power supply must correspond to the rating indicated on the plate situated inside the hood. If provided with a plug, connect the hood to a socket in compliance with current regulations and positioned in an accessible area, after installation. If it is not fitted with a plug (direct mains connection) or if the plug is not located in an accessible area, after installation, apply a double pole switch in accordance with standards which assures the complete disconnection of the mains under conditions relating to over-current category III in accordance with installation instructions.
Warning! Before re-connecting the hood circuit to the mains supply and checking the efficient function, always check that the mains cable is correctly assembled.
The minimum distance between the supporting surface for the cooking equipment on the hob and the lowest part of the range hood must be not less than 45 cm from electric cookers and 50 cm from gas or mixed cookers. If the instructions for installation for the gas hob specify a greater distance, this must be adhered to.
4. MAINTENANCE
ATTENTION! Before performing any maintenance operation, isolate the hood from the electrical supply by switching off at the connector and removing the connector fuse. Or if the appliance has been connected through a plug and socket, then the plug must be removed from the socket. The cooker hood should be cleaned regularly (at least with the same frequency with which you carry out maintenance of the fat filters) internally and externally. Clean using the cloth dampened with neutral liquid detergent. Do not use abrasive products. DO NOT USE ALCOHOL!
Warning! Failure to carry out the basic cleaning recommendations of the cooker hood and replacement of the filters may cause fire risks. Therefore, we recommend observing these instructions.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for any damage to the motor or any fire damage linked to inappropriate maintenance or failure to observe the above safety recommendations.
4.1 Grease filter - The grease filter must be cleaned once a month using non aggressive detergents, either by hand or in the dishwasher, which must be set to a low temperature and a short cycle. When washed in a dishwasher, the grease filter may discolour slightly, but this does not affect its filtering capacity.

4.2 NON-washable activated charcoal filter - The saturation of the charcoal filter occurs after more or less prolonged use, depending on the type of cooking and the regularity of cleaning of the grease filter. In any case it is necessary to replace the cartridge at least every four months. The charcoal filter may NOT be washed or regenerated.

5. CONTROLS
The hood is fitted with a control panel with aspiration speed selection control and a light switch to control cooking area lights. Use the high suction speed in cases of concentrated kitchen vapours. It is recommended that the cooker hood suction is switched on for 5 minutes prior to cooking and to leave in operation during cooking and for another 15 minutes approximately after terminating cooking.

6. LIGHTING
Disconnect the hood from the electricity. Warning! Prior to touching the light bulbs ensure they are cooled down. Replace with a new 12 Volt, 20 Watt (Maximum) halogen light made for a G-4 base SUITABLE FOR USE IN OPEN LUMINAIRES. Follow package directions and do not touch new light with bare hands.

Warning: do not connect the appliance to the electrical power supply until installation is fully complete. Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance operation, disconnect the hood from the power supply by removing the plug or switching off the main switch. When carrying out installation or maintenance, wear protective gloves. Children or adults who, due to their physical or mental condition, are unable to operate the appliance safely, or who lack the necessary knowledge and experience, must not use the hood unless properly supervised. Do not leave children unattended to ensure they do not play with the appliance. Do not use the hood if the grille is not correctly installed! It is strictly forbidden to use the hood as a support surface unless specifically stated otherwise. Ensure adequate ventilation of the room when using the hood simultaneously with other appliances that use gas or other fuels. The extracted air must not be discharged through a duct used for exhausting fumes from appliances burning gas or other fuels. It is strictly forbidden to cook dishes over an open flame, as the free flame could damage the filters and become a fire hazard; therefore, refrain from doing so in any case. Frying in large quantities of oil must be done under constant supervision, bearing in mind that overheated oil can ignite.
Warning! When used together with other cooking appliances, the exposed parts of the appliance may become very hot. As regards the technical measures and safety conditions for the discharge of fumes, strictly comply with the regulations in force.

2. OPERATION
The hood serves to extract fumes and vapors produced during cooking. The attached instructions indicate which mode can be used for the model: either as an extractor hood with external discharge, or as a recirculating hood with internal air recirculation.
3. INSTALLATION
The mains voltage must correspond to the voltage indicated on the technical data plate located inside the appliance. If the hood is fitted with a plug, connect the hood to a wall socket that is accessible even after installation. If the hood is not fitted with a plug (direct mains connection) or if the wall socket is not accessible after installation, use a double-pole switch that ensures complete disconnection from the mains in case of overvoltage category III, in accordance with installation regulations.
Warning! Before connecting the electrical system of the hood to the mains and checking its correct functioning, make sure that the power cable is correctly installed.
The distance between the lower edge of the hood and the support surface of the pots on the hob must be at least 45 cm for electric hobs, and at least 50 cm for gas or combination hobs. If the installation instructions for the gas hob specify a greater distance, take that into account.
4. MAINTENANCE

Warning! Before performing any cleaning or maintenance operation, disconnect the hood from the electrical supply, either by unplugging it or by switching off the main switch.
The hood must be cleaned frequently both inside and out (at least with the same frequency as the maintenance of the grease filters). For cleaning, use a special cloth moistened with neutral liquid detergent. Do not use products containing abrasive materials. DO NOT USE ALCOHOL!

Warning! Failure to follow the cleaning instructions and filter replacement rules may lead to a fire risk. Therefore, we recommend following these instructions.

4.1 Grease filter - The grease filter must be cleaned frequently with non-aggressive detergents, either by hand or in a dishwasher at low temperature and with an economical cycle. Washing in a dishwasher may cause some discoloration of the grease filter, but its filtering characteristics remain completely unchanged.


4.2 Charcoal filter - The charcoal filter becomes saturated after a period of use, more or less long, depending on the type of cooking and the frequency of grease filter cleaning. In any case, replace the cartridge at least every 4 months. The charcoal filter cannot be washed or regenerated.

5. CONTROL PANEL
The hood is equipped with a control panel for adjusting the speed of the extraction fan and for switching on the light to illuminate the cooking surface. Use the intensive speed mode of the hood in case of particularly high concentrations of cooking vapors. We recommend turning on the hood 5 minutes before starting the cooking process and leaving it on for about 15 minutes after the process is finished.

6. LIGHTING
Disconnect the appliance from the electrical supply.

Attention! Before touching the lamps, make sure they have cooled down.
Use only the specified 12V-20W max G4 lamps for this purpose, and do not touch them with your hands.

2. USE
The hood serves for ventilation of the room and removal of vapors formed during cooking.

3. INSTALLATION
The voltage in the electrical network must correspond to the characteristics indicated on the label located inside the hood. If the plug is included in the kit and is suitable for the socket, connect the hood to a socket that meets current standards and is accessible after installation. If the plug is not included in the kit (intended for direct connection to the electrical network) or the socket is not accessible after installation, install a reliable two-pole switch that ensures complete disconnection from the network under conditions of overvoltage category III, in accordance with installation rules.

4. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

The hood must be cleaned both externally and internally (at least every 3 months, or more frequently depending on the filters for grease retention). For cleaning, use a special cloth, preferably dampened with a mild detergent. Do not use abrasive materials. DO NOT USE ALCOHOL!

4.1 Grease filter
The filter should be cleaned once a month with mild cleaning agents, either by hand or in a dishwasher at low temperatures and with a short cycle. When washing the metal grease filter in a dishwasher, it may lose its shine, but its filtering characteristics will not be altered.

4.2 Charcoal filter, NOT WASHABLE
The charcoal filter should be checked for saturation after a longer period of use, depending on the type of cooking and the frequency of cleaning the grease filter. In any case, it is necessary to replace the cartridge at least every four months. DO NOT WASH OR REUSE.

The hood is equipped with a control panel with suction speed control and light control for illuminating the cooking surface. Use intensive suction when cooking with high concentrations of kitchen vapors. We recommend turning on the hood 5 minutes before starting to cook and leaving it on for 15 minutes after finishing cooking.

2. USE
The hood can be operated in three modes. The instructions include a diagram with instructions for the version suitable for your model, choose between the modes.
Recirculation mode and extraction mode.
3. INSTALLATION
The voltage of the mains must correspond to the voltage indicated on the rating plate of the hood, located on the inside. If the hood is equipped with a plug, connect it to a socket that complies with current standards and place it in an accessible position after installation. If it is not equipped with a plug (direct connection to the mains), or if the plug is not in an accessible position after installation, use a two-pole switch that complies with the standards, ensuring that the mains is completely disconnected in case of overvoltage category III, in accordance with installation regulations.
Warning! Before connecting the hood to the mains and checking that it functions correctly, check that the cable is installed as required.

The hood must be cleaned frequently (at least as often as the filters are cleaned), both inside and outside. Use a damp cloth and neutral liquid cleaning agents. Avoid products containing abrasive parts. Warning! Never use a steam cleaner!

4.1 Grease filter
Clean it monthly with neutral detergents. It can also be washed in a dishwasher at low temperature and with a short washing cycle. When washing the grease filter in a dishwasher, it may become discolored, but this does not affect its filtering capacity.


4.2 Activated carbon filter: The activated carbon filter becomes saturated after approximately 3-6 months of use, depending on the type of cooking and how often you clean the filter. In any case, it is necessary to replace the activated carbon filter every four months or when the filter saturation indicator shows that it is necessary. It cannot be washed or reused.

5. CONTROLS
The extractor hood is equipped with a control panel with the possibility to adjust the speed of the extractor and to switch on the lighting of the hob. If a lot of steam is produced during cooking, use the maximum operating mode. It is recommended to switch on the extractor 5 minutes before starting to cook and to leave it running for about 15 minutes after switching off.

6. LIGHTING
Disconnect the appliance from the mains.
Warning! Before touching the bulb, make sure it has cooled down.
Use only halogen lamps 12V, max 20W-G4, being careful not to touch them with your fingers.

2. INSTALLATION
The hood must be installed at the distance specified in the instructions. The distance between the lower part of the hood and the cooking surface must be at least the distance indicated in the instructions.
The hood's exhaust pipe must be connected to a ventilation duct or directly to the outside.
3. OPERATION
Before connecting the hood to the mains, check that the technical characteristics correspond to the values indicated on the data plate. If the hood is equipped with a power cord, it must be connected to a socket with an earth connection. If the hood is not equipped with a power cord (direct connection), or if the socket is not suitable, contact a qualified technician for proper installation and connection.
Warning! Before connecting the hood to the mains, ensure that the power cord is not damaged.
The hood must be installed at a distance of at least 45 cm from the cooking surface for electric hobs, and at least 50 cm for gas or mixed hobs. If the installation instructions specify a greater distance, follow that.
4. MAINTENANCE
Warning! Before cleaning or performing maintenance, disconnect the hood from the mains by unplugging it or switching off the main switch. Clean the hood regularly, both inside and outside (at least once a month). Do not use abrasive sponges or harsh cleaners. Do not use steam cleaners. Do not use flammable substances.
Warning! Failure to follow the cleaning and maintenance instructions may result in a fire hazard. Follow the instructions provided.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for any damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the instructions.
4.1 Cleaning the metal grease filter
The metal grease filter must be cleaned regularly, at least once a month, using a mild detergent or in a dishwasher at low temperature. The filter may become discolored after washing in a dishwasher, but this does not affect its performance.


4.2 Replacing the charcoal filter (if installed) The charcoal filter must be replaced when it is saturated, approximately every 3-4 months, or more frequently if the hood is used intensively. The charcoal filter cannot be washed or regenerated.

5. CONTROL ELEMENTS
We have tested the device and confirmed that it operates correctly. The concentration of the substance is within acceptable limits, and the recommended parameters have been followed. We have not allowed the substance to come into contact with food, and we have not allowed it to be used for 15 minutes after cleaning.

Attention! Follow strictly the instructions given in this manual. The manufacturer is not liable for any problems, damage, or fire caused by the appliance as a result of failure to follow the instructions included in this manual. The extractor is intended exclusively for domestic use.
Warning! Do not connect the appliance to the electrical power supply until the installation is completely finished. Before any cleaning or maintenance operation, disconnect the extractor from the electrical mains by pulling the plug or by switching off the household circuit breaker.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Never use the extractor hood without the correctly mounted filter!
The extractor hood must never be used as a support surface unless explicitly stated. The room must be sufficiently ventilated when the extractor hood is used in conjunction with appliances that burn gas or other fuels.
The extracted air must not be discharged into an active flue used for exhausting fumes from appliances burning gas or other fuels. Grilling over an open flame is only permitted with the extractor hood. The use of open flames is harmful to the filters and may cause a risk of fire or burns. This must be avoided in all circumstances. Any frying must be done carefully to ensure that the oil does not overheat and catch fire.
Warning! Accessible parts may become hot when used with cooking appliances.
Regarding the technical safety measures for the discharge of air, it is important to pay attention
to follow the regulations given by the competent authorities. The extractor hood must be cleaned regularly both internally and externally (at least once a month, and in any case it must be serviced in accordance with the maintenance instructions in this manual). 2. USE
The extractor hood is used for extracting vapors and odors from cooking. The installation instructions show which version can be used for the model you have: the version with external discharge of the extracted air or the version with recirculation filter.
3. INSTALLATION
Main switch Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, check the rating plate for the voltage. If the appliance is connected to the power supply, disconnect it from the socket in accordance with the installation instructions and the safety instructions. If it is connected to the power supply (direct connection to the electrical supply) or if the connection is not made to a permanent place, and in accordance with the installation instructions, use a bipolar switch in accordance with the standards that require complete disconnection from the electrical supply under conditions related to overvoltage category III, in accordance with the installation instructions.
Warning! Before reconnecting the appliance to the electrical supply and checking its functionality, always check that the power cable is correctly installed.
The minimum distance between the hob and the cooker hood must be at least 45 cm for electric cookers and 50 cm for gas or combined cookers. If the installation instructions for the gas hob specify a greater distance, you must comply with that.
4. MAINTENANCE

Before any cleaning or maintenance operation, disconnect the appliance from the electrical supply by pulling the power plug or by switching off the household circuit breaker.
The appliance must be cleaned regularly (at least with the same frequency with which the grease filters are cleaned) both internally and externally. For cleaning, use a soft cloth with mild neutral detergents. Do not use products containing abrasives. DO NOT USE

4.1 GREASE FILTER
The metal grease filter must be cleaned once a month with non-aggressive detergents, either by hand or in a dishwasher at low temperatures or in a short cycle. When washing in a dishwasher, the metal grease filter may lose its shiny appearance, but its filtering characteristics will not change.

2. OPERATION
The appliance is intended for suction of cooking vapors, for domestic use. In the instructions, it is specified, in which version you can use your model -

3. INSTALLATION
Before use, check that the appliance is on the label with the characteristics and that it is in the interior of the aspirator. If there is a point of the aspirator with a chimney that is in accordance with the regulations in force and that is placed in the appropriate place, then after installation.
If the aspirator is without a chimney, (direct connection to the network) and the chimney is not provided and is in the appropriate place, then after installation, install a double-pole switch that ensures complete disconnection from the network in the conditions of category II overvoltage, in accordance with the installation rules.

4. MAINTENANCE
