USER MANUAL TA 667 WHITE AND BROWN
- Make sure the voltage rating on the type plate corresponds to your main voltage. Any error in connecting the appliance invalidates the guarantee.
- Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Only use this appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these instructions. Never use for any other purposes.
- Never immerse the product in water or any other liquid for any reasons. Respect the instructions for cleaning.
- Do not use the appliance outside and always place it in a dry environment.
- Do not use if you have wet hands.
- Keep the appliance far from hot or electric sources.
- Never pull the cord to unplug or move the appliance.
- Unplug the appliance before cleaning or changing any parts of the appliance or when it’s not in use.
- Always switch off the appliance before unplugging it .
- Do introduce neither sharp metallic objects nor fingers nor cloth inside the appliance.
- From time to time, check the cord. Never use the cord, the plug or the appliance itself when they show any sign of damage. Make sure the cord never comes into contact with the hot parts of the appliance. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
- The cord length of this product has been selected to reduce the possibility of tangling in or tripping over a longer cord. If more cord length is needed, an extension cord may be used. Ensure not to let it drape over the working area or dangle where someone could accidentally pull or trip over it.
- If the cord or the plug is getting more and more hot, contact a qualified electrician.
- Never repair the appliance yourself. All interventions made by a non-qualified person can be dangerous ; in this case guarantee conditions would cancel. As all electrical products, a competent electrician must repair it.

- Do not insert metal foil nor any object into the toaster.
- Do not toast runny-filled foods (like apple turnover).
- The inside part of the toaster can get high temperatures, do not touch hot surfaces as well as the crumb tray before the complete cooling.
- Pay attention bread may burn during browning. A close supervision is needed when the toaster is in use.
- Clean regularly the crumb tray to avoid crumbs from burning. Never use the appliance without the crumb tray in its correct position.
- Unplug the appliance to extract pieces of bread trapped inside the toaster. THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY IN CASE OF NON ADHERENCE TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS. SAVE THIS USER MANUAL CAREFULLY.

- Your new White & Brown toaster has a wide slice, to brown up to two slices simultaneously. The slice is wide enough to accept all kind of breads : French bread, white bread, toasts or special breads.
- To use your toaster for long years, please respect the following maintenance advice. Toasting
- Place the appliance on a flat level surface.
- Insert the bread into the slice.
- Press the toasting lever down until it locks into place. The toaster will begin toasting.
- Set the desired browning level using the thermostat.
- The bread is automatically ejected once browning is finished.
- Proceed the same way as for browning and press the reheat key (5).
- The reheat light switch goes on.
- To stop reheating, press again on the reheat key. Note : during reheating, it is impossible to adjust the browning level. Defrost
- Proceed the same way as for browning and press the defrost key (6).
- The defrost light switch goes on.
- To stop defrosting, press again on the defrost key. Use of the bun warmer rack Your appliance allows to reheat buns, croissants and bread rolls, to make them as crusty and tasty as if they were cooked in a oven. Press the bun warmer lever down (9) until it blocks. The bun warmer rack raises over the slices. Place buns on the bun warmer rack, taking care they do not touch the toaster. Press the toasting lever down (3). Appliance is operating as a browning cycle. Set the thermostat (8) at the desired level. To stop the browning cycle, press the cancel key (7). Caution : to avoid any fire risk, do never brown bread into the slices while bun warmer rack is operating.
- Switch off the appliance, unplug and wait for complete cooling.
- Wipe the body of the toaster with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleansers.
- Pull out and empty the crumb trays regularly.
