English SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS - General

  • Please read these instructions carefully and retain them for future reference.
  • Use this appliance solely in accordance with these instructions.

This appliance can be used by children older than 8 years and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, but only if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

OPERATION - Before first use Clean the appliance a couple of times by filling it with water only. Please observe the following instructions. Dispose of the water after use.User’s instructions

1. Place the appliance on a flat and steddy surface. Connect the appliance to the wall socket. Make sure

the On/Off switch is set to ‘O’ (pilot light is extinguished).

2. Open the filter cover. Pour sufficient water into the reservoir (not less than 2 cups and not more than 15

cups, as shown on the water-level indicator).

3. This coffee maker is supplied with a permanent filter, no more paper filters needed. But if you prefer, you

can also fit a paper filter (1 x 4) in the filter holder. Fill the filter with the required amount of ground coffee (the customary quantity is 1 level scoop for each cup).
