Intended Use Before use, please read these instructions carefully and keep them in a safe place for future reference. Temperature Control Switch The temperature control sets the desired temperature level (100°C-230°C). Function Control Switch Enables you to choose between

  • Lowerheatwithconvection
  • Lowerandupperheatwithconvection Timer / On/Off switch The appliance is only ready to be used once the timer is set. Settings:
  • Time up to 60 Minutes Afterthepresettimehaselapsedanacousticsound(DING) can be heard and the appliance shuts down automatically. Before First Use

2. Preheat the appliance, using upper and lower heat, for

approx.10minutesdependingontherequiredtemperature. Leave the door closed during this process.

3. After the preheating process is finished, place the food to be

cooked/baked/broiledontothebakingtray(8)/grillrack(9), insert it in one of the guide rails and close the door. Note: When cooking food with a high fat content, do use the bakingtray(8)toavoidanydrippingintotheinterioroftheunit. Toobtainanevenbaking/cookingresult,werecommendto usethemiddleguiderailwheninsertingthebakingtray(8)/grill rack(9). 4.Choose the desired heat function (3), set the required temperature(2)andpresettherespectivetime(4)byturning each switch into clockwise direction. When using the grill function,alwayschoosethehighesttemperature(230°C) and upper heat. 5.Theindicatorlight(5)oftheappliancewilllightupassoonas thetimehasbeensetbythetimer(4).24 Note:Duringthecooking/baking/broilingprocess,thepreset heat/timecanbeadjustedatanytimeduringtheprocess.

Before cleaning, always switch off the appliance, disconnect it from the mains and let it completely cool down. Never immerse the appliance in water. Danger! Electric Shock!   • commercialovencleaners/steamcleaners. Clean the body of the appliance with a moistened soft cloth. Clean both sides of the oven door, the door sealing and adjacent areas with a moistened damp cloth. Oncethebakingtray(8)/grillrack(9)hascooleddown,clean it in warm water using some dishwashing detergent, rinse and dry it thoroughly.
