USER MANUAL MC2000 Daga
Please read the instructions for use carefully prior to using the product. Store these in a safe place for future reference.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Connection to the mains:
- Prior to plugging in the product, check that your mains voltage is the same as or within the limits of the one indicated on the product label.
- Keep the cable and the appliance away from sources of heat, hot surfaces, liquids and moisture. Avoid any contact with the product in the event you have a damp or wet hands at all times.
- In the event that the appliance has become wet or damp from any liquid, it should not be used until it has dried up completely.
- Unplug the appliance from the mains when you have finished using it.
- Do not pull the power, twist or subject the cord to adverse conditions that could generate excessive wear or damage it.
- Once the power cable has been connected to the mains must have enough slack at all times so that it cannot be disconnected accidentally during the use of the appliance. If you cannot do so, reduce the distance between the appliance and the socket in order to solve the same.
- Always use the product with the transformer that comes with it (reference JKY0530-1202000EU).
Repair:
- Repairs to electrical appliances should only be carried out by specialised personnel. Any incorrectly performed repair can lead to considerable dangers for the user. Please contact our after-sales service for any repair. Failure to do so shall lead fully void the product warranty.
- The product zips cannot be opened under any circumstances. They are included for technical purposes only.
Contraindications:
This should never be used as a replacement for a medical treatment. This product is for household use only, and not for professional use. The appliance has heated areas. People sensitive to heat must be careful when using the appliance.
Children must be supervised by an adult to prevent them using the appliance as a toy. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with any reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities, or who who do not the sufficient experience and knowledge necessary, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety.

Avoid using the massage appliance in the following cases :
While sleeping.
While driving.
- On animals.
In areas sensitive to heat.
- After the ingestion of substances that alter perception (e.g. pain medications, alcohol, drugs).
- While performing activities that may have an unexpected reaction that could be dangerous.
Check with your doctor if you are unsure about whether the massage appliance is suitable for you.
Check with your doctor before you use the massage appliance if:
- You wear a pacemaker, have any artificial joints or electronic implants.
- You are pregnant.
- You suffer from the following illnesses or problems: circulatory problems, diabetes, thrombosis, varicose veins, open wounds, contusions, tears in the skin, inflammation of the veins.
- If you have any serious problems around the back area.
Use:
- Only use the appliance for the purposes indicated in this instructions manual.
- The maximum duration of use is 10 minutes. Once this time has elapsed, you must let the appliance cool down for at least 10 minutes to be able to reuse it again.
- Never remove the appliance's cover or open the zip fasteners.
Failure to observe this shall void the warranty.
- Do not place heavy objects on the moving parts of the appliance.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is in operation.
- The appliance can be used by one person during each session.
- Do not stand on the appliance or exercise any type of extreme force on any of its parts.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
We firstly wish to thank you for choosing Daga with the purchase of our MC-2000 back massage device. By using this device, you will have a first-hand experience of the benefits of the Shiatsu Massage treatments. Check that the appliance is intact and undamaged.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Prior to plugging in the product, check that your mains voltage is the same as or within the limits of the one indicated on the product label. The safety instructions detailed at the beginning of this manual must be observed at all times while using this product.
Follow the instructions stated below in order to start up this massage device.
ENGLISH
- Remove the product from its original packaging, taking special care not to damage any of its parts. Do not apply any excessive force to remove the product from the box.
- Connect the appliance to the mains.
- Sit down and place the massager on the cervical area so that its neck is positioned between the two rotary heads with the control buttons located at the front of the left shoulder area. Slide your arms through the rest handles and let your whole body relax.
- Turn on the appliance using the on/off button
- Enjoy your massage comfort session.
Each session lasts 10 minutes. After this time has elapsed, the massage appliance will automatically turn off to prevent the treated areas from overexposure. If you wish to have another session, rest for about 10 minutes prior to starting it again.
You can switch off the appliance at any time by pressing the on/off button
The heating function can be turned on and off by pressing the heat button while the device is in operation
You can also change the rotation direction of the heads at any time by pressing the rotation change button

PRODUCT CONSERVATION
The product should be unplugged after each use to ensure its long life. If you do not plan to use the appliance for a long period of time, it should be stored in its original packaging in a clean, cool and dry environment, without placing any load on the product.
PRODUCT CLEANING
Before cleaning the product, ensure hat it is not connected to the mains and that the appliance is fully cooled down. This product can only be cleaned by hand using a soft cloth slightly moistened with a mild soap. No abrasive cleaning products, brushes strong, solvents, benzine, thinner or alcohol may be used under any circumstances.
Do not immerse the appliance or any of its parts in water to clean it or expose it to excessive moisture. Do not re-use the appliance until it has dried completely.
PLEASE NOTE: Never remove the appliance's cover or open the zip fasteners. Failure to observe this shall void the warranty.
PRODUCT DISPOSAL
Do not dispose of the product at the end of its shelf-life. Contact the organic collection centre closest to your home in accordance with the waste electrical and electronic equipment Directive 2012/19/EC to contribute to the protection of the environment. Request detailed information regarding their current methods of disposing of packaging and scrappage of used devices from your dealer.

B&B TRENDS, SL. guarantees compliance of this product for the purpose for which it is intended for a period of two years for the entire Spanish territory. In the case of breakdown during the term of this warranty, you are entitled to repair or to the replacement of the product at no charge if the former is unavailable, unless one of these options prove impossible or disproportionate. In this case, you can then choose a reduction in price or cancellation of the sale, which must be dealt with directly with the sales vendor. This also covers replacement of spare parts provided that the product has been used according to the recommendations specified in this manual for both cases, and has not been tampered with by any third party that is unaccredited by B&B TRENDS, SL. This warranty does not affect your rights as a consumer in accordance with the provisions of Law 23/2003 dated 10 July 2003 on warranties on the sale of consumer goods in the Spanish territory.
USE OF WARRANTY
Consumers should contact a technical service centre authorised by B&B TRENDs, SL. for repair of the product as any tampering thereof by persons not authorised by B&B TRENDs, SL., as well as misuse or inappropriate use, will lead to the cancellation of this warranty. The warranty must be fully completed and delivered along with the receipt or delivery docket for the effective exercise of rights under this warranty.
Claims must take place within three years from delivery of the product according to the provisions of the warranty, and the consumer must inform the sales vendor of the lack of conformity, provided that such claim is made within the statutory period of warranty. This warranty should be retained by the user as well as the invoice, receipt or the delivery docket to facilitate the exercise of these rights. For technical service and after-sales care outside the Spanish territory, please submit your query to the point of sale where you purchased the item or by contacting B&B TRENDS, SL.
