Fill the kettle with at least 0.5 L and a maximum of 1.7 L of water, close the lid, place it on the base, plug in and press the On/Off switch. The display shows the temperature. The appliance automatically turns off at boiling point. Use the handle to pour.
How to clean the kettle?
Unplug and let it cool down completely. Never immerse the appliance in water. Wipe the body with a soft damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners.
How to descale the kettle?
Descale every 3 to 6 months with a suitable mild descaler. Fill the kettle with the diluted descaler, bring to a boil, then rinse by boiling fresh water 4 to 5 times and discarding it.
What to do if the kettle does not turn on?
Check the mains connection, the switch, and that the kettle is correctly placed on the base. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
Why doesn't the water boil?
Make sure the lid is properly closed. Check that the water level is sufficient (minimum 0.5 L) and that the appliance is not in safety shut-off mode. If the dry boil protection has been triggered, let it cool down for 10 minutes.
The kettle stops before boiling, what to do?
This may be due to a poorly closed lid or a necessary descaling. Check the lid closure and perform descaling if needed.
Can I heat other liquids besides water?
