How to replace the batteries of the MXPB2440 scale?
Open the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the scale. Use a pointed object to slide the used battery out of the contact. Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive terminal (+) facing up, then press lightly until it is retained. Close the cover.
How to change the weight unit between kg and lb?
Once the scale is on, press the unit selection button on the base. Each press alternates between kg (kilograms) and lb (pounds).
What does the 'EEEE' display on the scale mean?
The EEEE display indicates overload: the measured weight exceeds the maximum capacity of 150 kg (330 lb). Remove excess weight to avoid damaging the scale.
Why does the scale display 'L_0' at startup?
The L_0 indication means the batteries are depleted and need to be replaced. Follow the battery replacement procedure (type CR2032).
Does the scale display the ambient temperature?
Yes, after weight measurement, the screen automatically displays the ambient temperature of the room. The measurement range is -10 °C to 50 °C with a resolution of ±1 °C.
