During this period the manufacturer is responsible for any failures that are the direct result of construction failure. The guarantee is issued with the original till receipt. All parts, which are subject to wear, are excluded from the warranty. If your device breaks down within the 2-year warranty period, you can return the device together with your receipt to the shop where you purchased it. The guarantee on accessories and components that are liable to wear-and-tear is only 6 months. The guarantee and responsibility of the supplier and manufacturer lapse automatically in the following cases:

  • Put the scale on a hard and at surface to guarantee the accuracy of the scale. Avoid carpet or soft surfaces and make sure that there is nothing underneath the scale.
  • Gently step on the scale. Put your feet evenly on the scale without moving. The scale turns on automatically.
  • Wait until the weight is stable on the display and ashes 3 times.

AUTOMATIC SWITCH OFF

When you step o the scale, it will automatically switch o. Auto shut-o occurs approximately 15 seconds after a stable weight is reached.

CHANGE THE WEIGHING UNIT

The scale has the possibility to display the weight in kilo’s (kg), pounds (lb) or stone (st). Press the button on the bottom of the scale when the scale is turned on. The current weighing unit will now be indicated on the display. Press the button again to change the weighing unit. OVERLOAD INDICATION “Err” code indicates scale overload. The maximum range is 180 kg/ 396 lb/ 28.35 st. BATTERY “Lo” code is shown when battery power is low. Please install new battery.

  • Open the lid of the battery compartment at the bottom of your scale.
  • Place a cell battery CR2032 in the compartment, with the plus side facing up.
  • Attention: the glass surface is slippery when wet. Keep the surface dry.
  • Keep standing still during the course of weighing.
  • Do not strike, shock or drop the scale.
  • Treat the scale with care as it is a precision instrument.
  • Always keep your scale in horizontal position.
  • If failed to turn on the scale, check whether battery is installed, or battery power is low. Insert a new battery or replace the battery.
  • If there is an error on the display or can not turn o the scale for a long time, please take out the battery for about 3 seconds, then install it again. If you cannot resolve the problem, please contact your dealer for consultation.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Clean the scale with a damp cloth and avoid water getting inside the scale.
  • Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners.
  • Keep the scale in a cool place with dry air.
  • If you will not be using the scale for a longer period of time, it is recommended that the battery be removed before storing the appliance.
