Turn the blending shaft counterclockwise until you hear a locking click.

How to use the turbo mode?

Hold down the turbo speed button for maximum power. Release to stop.

Can I blend continuously for more than one minute?

No, the blender should not operate for more than one minute without interruption. Let it cool for 5 minutes before using again.

How to clean the chopper?

The blades are very sharp. Disassemble the bowl and clean the parts with warm soapy water or in the dishwasher. Avoid direct contact with the blades.

Can I blend hot liquids?

It is not recommended to blend very hot liquids. Let them cool to room temperature to avoid splashing and damage.

What to do if the blender does not start?

Check the power outlet and cord. Ensure the blending shaft is properly locked in place. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

• Put the power cable into the socket. (Note: Make sure the voltage which is indicated on the device matches the local voltage before connecting the device. Voltage 220V-240V 50/60Hz)
• Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil or plastic from the device.
  Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
• Never use the mixer for longer than 1 minute continuously, after this allows the mixer to cool down for 5 minutes.
• The chopping blades are very sharp, avoid physical contact, you can seriously injure.

USE

Using the chopper

• Turn the engine clockwise onto stick blender until it clicks.
• To unlock the stick blender, twist the stick blender clockwise loose.
• Connect the power cable to the socket and select with the speed buttons the desired speed. If you press one of the switches the device starts directly, by releasing the switch the device stops immediately.
  Always use the delivered measuring cup for pureeing and chopping fruit, vegetables and small pieces of meat.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Clean the accessories with warm soapy water to avoid bacterial growth. The accessories are also dishwasher proof.
• Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pad or steel wool, which damages the device.
• Never immerse the electrical device in water or any other liquid. The device is not dishwasher proof.
• CAUTION! The knives in the chopper and in the bowl are very sharp, never try it yourself to undo the chopper blade and be careful cleaning it. Avoid all bodily contact with the blades, they can seriously injure you.

Warranty regulations

TOMADO provides a 2-year warranty for all defects caused by hidden deficiencies which render the appliance useless for normal operation.
The warranty runs from the date of purchase; we advise you to carefully save your receipt.
- Within the warranty period any defects in production or material will be resolved free of charge, by means of reparation, replacement of parts or replacement of the appliance as a whole.
- The warranty certificate has to be filled in by the sales person at the moment of purchase.
- Repairs will only be made under warranty in case it can proven (by means of a filled in warranty card and the receipt) that the day the complaint is filed falls into the warranty period.
- The warranty does not apply when defects or damages result from an accident, misuse, negligence (e.g. incorrect cleansing), or when repairs of alterations have been executed outside the authorized TOMADO service centre (excl. disassembling, as stated in the instruction manual).
- The warranty does not cover any defects arising when the appliance is connected to the wrong outlet voltage, not following the guidelines in the instruction manual and usual wear and tear.
The warranty does not cover any defects arising from the lack of frequent descaling of appliances, whatever type of water has been used (especially for steam irons, coffee machines and water boilers).

TOMADO cannot be held responsible for any material damage or personal accident resulting from connecting the appliance in breach of the locally applicable safety regulations and technical standards (for instance an inferior AC outlet). The warranty under no circumstances grants the right for any compensation.
- All other claims, including damages, are excluded unless the Law states otherwise.
- Other warranty regulations than the warranty regulations stated above are not applicable.

What do you do in case your appliance does not work?

When your appliance shows defects, you can refer to your salesperson. Your salesperson will make sure any defect will be repaired as soon as possible.
