It is normal for a slight odor to occur during first use. Ensure good ventilation of the room; the odor will disappear quickly.

How to assemble the wheels of the DO7318R heater?

Place the device upside down, loosen the wing nuts of the bracket, place the bracket between the resistors, fix the wheel plates with the nuts, then turn the device back over.

How to clean the heater?

Unplug the device and wait for it to cool down. Clean the exterior with a slightly damp cloth. Never immerse in water.

What does the flashing indicator light mean?

Flashing indicates overheating. Turn off the device, check that it is not covered and that there is enough space around it.

How to adjust the temperature?

Use the temperature knob: turn towards MAX to heat more, then turn back towards MIN when the desired temperature is reached. The indicator then turns off.

This appliance has a two year warranty period. During this period the manufacturer is responsible for any failures that are the direct result of construction failure. When these failures occur the appliance will be repaired or replaced if necessary. The warranty will not be valid when the damage to the appliance is caused by wrong use, not following the instructions or repairs executed by a third party. The guarantee is issued with the original till receipt. All parts, which are subject to wear, are excluded from the warranty.

If your device breaks down within the 2-year warranty period, you can return the device together with your receipt to the shop where you purchased it.

The guarantee on accessories and components that are liable to wear-and-tear is only 6 months.

The guarantee and responsibility of the supplier and manufacturer lapse automatically in the following cases:

• If the instructions in this manual have not been followed.
  · In case of incorrect connection, e.g., electrical voltage that is too high.
  · In case of incorrect, rough or abnormal use.
  · In case of insufficient or incorrect maintenance.
• In case of repairs or alterations to the device by the consumer or non-authorised third parties.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

- The heater should only be operated at a minimum distance of 60 cm from any wall or other object that could disturb its operation.

- Position the air flow in order to optimise the heating of the room. Make sure sufficient air can circulate under the appliance.

- Place the appliance on a smooth, stable surface. Do not place the appliance on deep-pile carpeting.

- When the appliance is switched on for the first time, a slight smell may be emitted. Please ensure sufficient ventilation. This smell will disappear very quickly.

· Only use the appliance upright, with the wheels underneath.

ASSEMBLY

1. Carefully turn the appliance upside down and place it on a smooth surface.
2. Remove the wingnuts (a) from the bracket (b).
3. Place the bracket (b) between the last and second-last heating elements and secure a plate with swivelling wheels on the bracket (b) using the wingnuts (a).
4. Place the other plate with swivelling wheels on the pre-mounted screws. Secure the wingnuts on the screws.
5. Turn the appliance upright, with the wheels underneath.

USE

• Set the temperature button to MIN and the power button to o. Put the plug in the socket.
• Turn the buttons to the required position. A red indicator light indicates that the appliance is heating. If the indicator light flashes, turn the appliance off. This is a warning that it is overheating. Make sure that the appliance is not covered, and that there is enough free space around it for ventilation.

Temperature button

• Use this button to control the temperature. When set to MIN, the appliance is off.
• Turn the button towards MAX. The further you turn the button, the hotter the oil radiator.

- If you set the knob to the MAX position, when the desired temperature has been reached, the knob can be turned down to MIN. Stop turning when the light goes out. The room will then be maintained at this temperature.

Power button

• You can use the power button to select between three different settings: 1 (600 W), 2 (900 W), 3 (1500 W).
• Position 3 will heat the area more quickly than position 1.
• Switch the appliance off by setting the temperature button to MIN and the power button to o. Remove the plug from the socket.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before cleaning the appliance, ensure it is disconnected from the power supply and has cooled down completely.
• To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not clean the heater with water and do not immerse it.
• Clean the housing with a damp cloth.
