How to charge the TicWatch C2?

Use the provided magnetic charging dock. Connect the metal contacts of the watch to the dock, then plug the USB cable into a power adapter.

Why are my notifications not arriving?

Check that the Wear OS app has notification permissions on your phone. On Android, disable battery optimization for the Wear OS app.

How to use Google Pay on the watch?

Open the Google Pay app on the watch, add a payment card from your phone, then bring the watch close to the contactless payment terminal.

My voice assistant is not responding, what to do?

Make sure the watch is connected to the internet (via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth). Press and hold the power button to activate the Google voice assistant.
