TOMATO SQUEEZER USE

This appliance is intended for household use only and limited quantity production. Assemble the pin with the spring carefully following the assembly diagram; the spring must always be installed between the pin and the propeller.

This appliance can squeeze both cooked or raw tomatoes.

The dierent qualifies, the level and type of ripeness impact on the quantity of residual humidity in tomatoes and, as a result, on appliance funconing and the end result; a biological product is always dierent season aer season.

If the tomato is cooked, leave it to cool slightly and insert it in the machine at a temperature under 50^ , if raw, cut into adequately sized pieces so they can fall into the neck of the casing without having to press them.

You are always advised to leave the tomatoes to drain (both cooked and raw) to remove plant water; this procedure will avoid overly moist peel exing and the risk of liquid leaking from the rear of the body.

The propeller was designed to obtain the best pressing if le to work without forcing; insert the tomato in the funnel, allow it to fall into the casing with the pestle without pressing and leave the machine work without forcing it. The propeller will empty autonomously, the pressed tomato will be correctly consistent and you can avoid excessively wet peel exing (a second pressing can however take place if the tomatoes are very moist)

Pressing the tomato with the pestle when the propeller is already full of tomato can cause the liquid to leak from the rear of the body, damaging the reducer: leaving the propeller to drain autonomously will avoid this problem.

If the tomato is too hot, and/or if you force it using the pestle when the propeller/Iter system is full, you risk clogging the system and damaging the Iter cone and the body.

For dimension related reasons, it is parally dismantled in the packaging; you need to insert the towing pin with the spring in the hole of the body (9), insert the propeller (10) in the body by inserting it on the towing pin, then place the liter cone (11) over the propeller pressing it and rotang it in an an-clockwise direcon to t the ears of the ring nut in the specic grooves in the body.

Screw the funnel (8) onto the threaded neck and ach the drip pan (12) to the liter cone and the body using the specic clips. The machine is then ready for use; it is strictly forbidden to operate the appliance dry (without tomatoes). When the work is complete, unscrew the funnel (8), remove the drip pan (12), turn the liter cone (11) in a clockwise direcon to remove the propeller (10) and the towing pin with the spring. Remove the body (9) from the cover of the reducer (6), then wash and carefully dry all the parts that have come in contact with food.
