Frequently Asked Questions - Bluetooth Audio Adapter LOGITECH

How to pair the Logitech Bluetooth Audio Adapter with my smartphone?

Plug the adapter into a power outlet and connect it to your audio system via RCA or 3.5 mm jack. Press the Bluetooth pairing button: the light flashes. On your smartphone, enable Bluetooth and search for devices. Select Logitech BT Adapter from the list. Once connected, the light becomes steady.

Can I connect two devices simultaneously?

Yes, the adapter supports multipoint pairing. Connect the first device first, then the second. To switch between them, stop playback on the first and start on the second; the switch occurs automatically after a few seconds.

How to reset or re-pair the adapter?

To reset, press and hold the pairing button for about 10 seconds until the light flashes rapidly. This clears the memory and you can proceed with a new pairing.

My device does not find 'Logitech BT Adapter', what should I do?

Check that the adapter is powered on (light on or flashing). Make sure the Bluetooth range is respected (less than 10 m). If the issue persists, reset the adapter (see previous question) and try again.

How to connect the adapter to a hi-fi system without Bluetooth input but with RCA input?

Use the provided RCA cable. Plug the RCA connector into the audio input of the hi-fi system (red/white) and the other end into the adapter. Then follow the standard pairing procedure.

Can I use the adapter with a TV?

Yes, if your TV has an audio output RCA or 3.5 mm jack. Connect the adapter to that output and pair it with your Bluetooth headphones or speakers. Note that latency may vary.

How many devices can the adapter memorize?

The adapter can store up to 8 devices in memory. You can connect two devices simultaneously.

The light does not turn on, what should I check?

Make sure the power adapter is properly connected to the adapter and to a working power outlet. Try another outlet or check the power cable. If nothing happens, contact Logitech support.

How to clean the adapter?

Unplug the adapter before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use chemicals or liquids.

Is the adapter compatible with older Bluetooth devices?

Yes, the adapter is compatible with Bluetooth profiles A2DP and AVRCP, allowing it to work with most Bluetooth devices (version 2.1 and later).

1. Connect the power supply to the Logitech Bluetooth Audio Adapter. Then plug the power cord into electrical outlet.

2. A. If you have RCA outlet on your Speaker System then:

4. Connect the other hand of the cable to Logitech Bluetooth Audio Adapter.

B. If you have 3.5mm outlet on your Speaker System then:

• Connect 3.5mm jack on the Speaker.
• Connect the other hand of the cable to Logitech Bluetooth Audio Adapter.

1. Press the Bluetooth pairing button on Logitech Bluetooth Audio Adapter. It will initiate the pairing and the LED will start blinking (for first time user, the pairing process will be initiated automatically).
2. Turn the Bluetooth mode ON (on your device) and scan for Bluetooth devices. You will see "Logitech BT Adapter" on the device list. Select and connect to it. "Logitech BT Adapter" will display a connected status.
3. The LED will turn into steady blue. You can now play music through your audio device wirelessly!

1. Make sure that your two devices are connected to Logitech Bluetooth Audio Adapter following step 1 to 5 of the set-up. In case you were disconnected, please check your Bluetooth device list, select "Logitech BT Adapter" and reconnect.
   II. Play music on device 1.
   III. Stop playing music on device 1.
   IV. Start playing music on device 2, the audio would switch automatically and will stream from device 2. It may take a few seconds to switch between devices.

Reconnecting a Bluetooth device

Logitech Bluetooth Audio Adapter will reconnect automatically to the latest connected device.

If you are not using the latest connected device and you want to reconnect to Logitech Bluetooth Audio Adapter, you need to select Logitech Bluetooth Audio Adapter in your Bluetooth device list on your device (1). You are then connected again to Logitech Bluetooth Adapter and can stream music again from your device (2).

Add devices

Logitech Bluetooth Audio Adapter can store up to eight Bluetooth devices in its memory (Two devices can connect simultaneously).

For setting-up each device, follow the set-up instructions.

2. Uključite Bluetooth način rada (ON) (na svojem uređaju) i potražite Bluetooth uređaje. Na popisu uređaja vidjet ćete "Logitech BT Adapter". Označite ga i povežite se. "Logitech BT Adapter" prikazat će povezani status.
3. LED lampica svijetlit će plavo. Sada možete bežično reproducirati glazbu kroz svoj audio uređaj!

Ako ne koristite uređaj koji ste zadnji povezali i želite se ponovno povezati s uređajem Logitech Bluetooth Audio Adapter, trebate označiti Logitech Bluetooth Audio Adapter na popisu Bluetooth uređaja na svojem uređaju (1). Tada ćete ponovno biti povezani na Logitech Bluetooth Audio Adapter i moći ćete reproducirati glazbu sa svojeg uređaja (2).
