How do I connect my LEXIBOOK BT350 to a Bluetooth device?

To connect your LEXIBOOK BT350 to a Bluetooth device, enable Bluetooth on your device, then put the LEXIBOOK BT350 into pairing mode by holding down the power button until the indicator light flashes. Select "LEXIBOOK BT350" from the list of available Bluetooth devices on your device.

What should I do if the sound quality is poor?

If the sound quality is poor, check the distance between the LEXIBOOK BT350 and the source device. Make sure there are no obstacles between the two devices. You can also try lowering the volume on the source device and increasing the volume on the LEXIBOOK BT350.

How do I charge my LEXIBOOK BT350?

To charge your LEXIBOOK BT350, use the supplied USB cable and plug it into a USB port on a computer or a compatible power adapter. The charging indicator will light up to show that the device is charging.

UNPACKING THE DEVICE

When unpacking, ensure that the following elements are included:

1 x Portable Bluetooth® speaker / 1 x USB cable /
1 x 3.5mm audio cable

WARNING: All packaging materials, such as tape, plastic sheets, wire ties and tags are not part of this product and should be discarded.

POWER SOURCES

The portable Bluetooth ^® speaker operates with a DC 5V inUSB cable (included) or 3 x AA/LR6 1.5V type batteries (not included).

Via USB port

1. Connect the USB cable to a USB port.
2. Connect the other end (micro USB side) to the speaker.

Note: the USB cable does not recharge the speaker.

Battery installation

1. Open the speaker battery compartment.
2. Insert 3 x 1.5V AA/LR6 type batteries (not included) observing the polarity markings inside the battery compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment.

Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the product before being charged. Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision. Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed. Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity. Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product. The supply terminals are not to be short circuited. Do not throw batteries into a fire. Remove the batteries if you are not going to use the unit for a long period of time.

WARNING: Malfunction or loss of memory may be caused by strong frequency interference or electrostatic discharge. Should any abnormal function occur, unplug the USB cable or remove the batteries and insert them again.

TURNING THE DEVICE ON AND OFF

1. To turn the Bluetooth® speaker on, press and hold the on/off button (3) until the LED flashes red and blue. The speaker makes beep sounds and then starts pairing.
2. Press the on/off button for 3 seconds to power off.

Notes:

• The speaker powers off automatically if no pairing occurs within 10 minutes.
• The speaker powers off automatically when battery level is too low.

1. Activate the Bluetooth® function on your personal device (smartphone, MP3 player, etc.). Please refer to your device's instruction manual on how to activate this function.
2. Turn the speaker on to activate the auto-detection of a nearby device. The LED flashes blue and red during pairing.

Notes:

- If pairing is not automatic, please select "BT350" in the Bluetooth® list. - When turned on, the speaker automatically searches for the device it has previously synchronized with. - If no device is detected, the speaker will start pairing a new device. - If your Bluetooth® device requires a password, the default password is 0000.

SPEAKER FUNCTIONS

Play/Pause

Press the on/off button (3) to play or pause audio files.

Notes: Some music players do not fully support Bluetooth® audio controls. Play/pause, previous and next buttons on the Bluetooth® speaker may not respond. The music player may also turn off. To get the best control experience in the said player, use the on-screen track controls of your music player rather than those on the speaker.

CAUTION: Too high volume, can damage your hearing. For this reason, please turn the volume down.

Speaker Phone

1. Press the call button (3) once to answer calls.
2. To reject a call, press and hold call button (3) for 2 seconds.
3. To end a call, press the call button (3) once.
4. To redial a number, double press on the call button (3).

LED Status

• The LED alternates between red and blue during searching and pairing.
• The LED lights up red and blue simultaneously for 2 seconds during power on and power off.
• The LED blinks twice in blue every 3 seconds when speaker is paired.
• The LED blinks three times in red every 15 seconds when the battery is low.
• The LED blinks once in blue every 3 seconds when devices are not paired.
• The LED lights up blue when line-in is in use.

Speaker (without Bluetooth®)

Connecting to an audio player

1. Connect the 3.5mm audio cable to your player.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the speaker's audio in jack (5). The LED (1) lights up blue.
3. Click on your device's play button to make the sounds come out of the speaker and listen to your desired audio file.
4. You can also listen to audio files from Internet. Open your internet browser and select an online player.
5. To turn the speaker off, unplug the cable from the speaker. The LED (1) turns off.

Connecting to a computer

1. Connect the 3.5mm audio cable to your computer.

2. Connect the other end of the cable to the speaker's audio in jack (5). The LED (1) lights up blue.

3. Open an audio player software on your computer. Click on the play button to make the sounds come out of the speaker and listen to your desired audio file.

4. You can also listen to audio files from Internet. Open your internet browser and select an online player.
5. To turn the speaker off, unplug the cable from the speaker. The LED (1) turns off.

MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY

Ensure that you switch off the device and unplug the power cable before cleaning. Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. If the surfaces are particularly dirty, clean them with a cloth that has been soaked in soapy water and then wrung out thoroughly. Wipe again with a dry cloth. Never use alcohol, petrol, solvents, cleaning products or other chemical products. And do not use compressed air to remove dust. At least charge the Bluetooth® speaker once every 3 months in order to maintain the battery life.

This product is covered by our 2-years warranty. For any claim under the warranty or after sale service, please contact your distributor and present a valid proof of purchase. Our warranty covers any manufacturing material and workmanship defect, with the exception of any deterioration arising from the non-observance of the instruction manual or from any careless action implemented on this item (such as dismantling, exposition to heat and humidity, etc.). It is recommended to keep the packaging for any further reference. In a bid to keep improving our services, we could implement modification on the colours and the details of the product shown on the packaging.
