How to set up a user profile?

Press the SET button to enter setup mode. Choose the user number (P0-P9) using the UP/DOWN buttons, then confirm with SET. Select gender (male/female) and activity level (normal or sporty). Then, set height and age. Confirm each step with SET.

What does error Err2 mean?

Error Err2 indicates an impedance reading problem. This may be due to cold feet, poor blood circulation, or if you stepped off the scale too early. To fix it, use the scale barefoot, make sure your feet are warm, well aligned with the electrodes, and stay still until the measurement ends.

How to change the measurement unit (kg, lb, st)?

Press the UNIT button to switch between available units: kilograms (kg), pounds (lb), and stones (st). The default unit is kilograms.

What is the maximum supported weight?

The maximum capacity is 183 kg. If this weight is exceeded, the screen displays Err.

How to clean the scale?

Clean the scale with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use detergents or abrasive products. Make sure the surface and your feet are dry before use to prevent slipping.

What to do if the screen displays 'Lo'?

The indication Lo means the batteries are low. Replace the batteries with new ones.

Why does the scale not automatically recognize my profile?

Automatic recognition works if your data has been properly saved. Step on barefoot and wait for stabilization. If two users have similar weight, manually select your profile with the UP and DOWN buttons.

What types of measurements are available?

The scale measures weight, fat mass, water mass, muscle mass, bone mass, BMI, and calories.

Is the scale waterproof?

No, the scale is not waterproof. Avoid exposing it to moisture. In case of contact with water, wipe it immediately with a dry cloth.

1. Default unit is kg.
2. Press UNIT button located on the back of the scale to convert units.

User Information

1. Press SET to enter setting mode.
2. Press or to change the user No. Press SET for confirmation.

1. Press or to choose male or female, then choose normal mode or sport mode (for users who regularly exercise). Press SET to confirm.

1. Press or to change the height. Press SET to confirm.

1. Press or to change the age. Press SET to confirm.

Weighing and Measuring Fat

1. After completing the settings, the scale will indicate "0.0"

1. Stand with bare feet on the scale and wait for a stable weight to display.

1. Four "O" will appear and disappear one by one from left to right.

1. The measurements will be on display one by one. Body fat, water, BMI, muscle mass, bone mass, calorie and weight.

1. The scale will display the user information which will let the user confirm the information again. After the display, the scale will turn off automatically.

Important (Err2):

To analyse body mass, stand on the scale barefoot. If your feet are cold, if you have poor blood pressure, or if you step onto the scale too quickly, the measurement may be inaccurate. The Err2 message will display to indicate that there has been a problem. Make sure your feet are warm and aligned to the electrodes. Stand still with weight evenly balanced on each foot, and measure again.

Automatic Identification Range

1. If the user has correctly measured the fat weight, the scale will automatically memorize the user's weight and the user can directly stand on the scale to measure the fat weight next time without entering any information again.

2. Stand on the scale and wait for a stable weight to display.

1. The LCD display will indicate the body fat, water, muscle, bone, calorie and weight in a sequence.

2. The surface of the scale will be slippery when wet. Please make sure both the glass and your feet are dry before use.
3. This scale is not waterproof. Do not expose to moisture.
4. Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use any chemical cleaning agents to clean the scale.
5. Please remove the batteries, if the scale is not being used for a long period.
6. When using the scales for the first time, or when changing their position or location, they should be restarted twice and should be free of interferences to ensure accurate measurements. This is for calibrating your scale. If you do not perform these measures, the measurements may be incorrect.
