ENGLISH Please read the instructions carefully before starting the machine.

WARNING: The vibration emission level will vary because of the ways in which a power tool can be used and may increase above the level given in this information sheet.

Specified Conditions Of Use

The stirrer may only be used to stir plaster, mortar, glue or paint.

The device must not be used as a drill or drive for any other device, e.g. for polishing, grinding, sharpening, engraving with special adapters.

Do not use this product in any other way as stated for normal use. Not observing general regulations in force and instructions from this manual does not make the manufacturer liable for damages.

Residual risks

Even when the device is used properly and all safety regulations are complied with, there still may be some residual risks.

  • Hearing damage
    A longer stay in the immediate vicinity of the running unit may cause hearing damage. Wear ear protectors!

Emergency procedure

Conduct a first-aid procedure adequate to the injury and summon qualified medical attendance as quickly as possible. Protect the injured person from further harm and calm them down. For the sake of eventual accident, in accordance with DIN 13164, a workplace has to be fitted with a first-aid kit. It is essential to replace any used material in the first-aid kit immediately after it has been used.

Safety information for agitators

Operation is only allowed with a safety switch against stray current (RCD max. stray current of 30mA ).

Keep children and other persons including animals in a safe distance when using the appliance.

Wear suitable work clothing such as sturdy shoes with non-slip sole, safety glasses and hearing protection!

The dust produced when using this tool may be harmful to health. Do not inhale the dust. Use a dust absorption system and wear a suitable dust protection mask. Remove deposited dust thoroughly, e.g. with a vacuum cleaner.

Do not wear loose clothing or jewels as they could get caught by the rotating parts. Do not use the device when you go barefoot or wear open sandals.

Please turn the device immediately off when the tool used gets blocked! Do not turn the device on again when the tool is still blocked. This could cause bounce back with a high reaction moment. Determine and remove the cause of the blocking of the tool used while respecting the safety instructions.

Do not reach into the running device.

Always keep the connection cable from the working area of the device. Always guide the cable back - wards, away from the device!

Check all screw and plug-in connections and protective equipment if firm and tightened properly and whether all moving parts are running smooth whenever the appliance is to be put into operation.
The appliance must not be used if damaged or safety equipment is defective. Replace any worn-out and damaged parts.

Do not use the device near flammable liquids or gases. Risk of fire and explosion in case of short circuit.

Work instructions

Do not reach into the rotating mixer (rotating stirrer).

Hold the device firmly with two hands and away from your body.

Avoid splashing! Work with low revolutions when immersing or removing the mixed to / from the mixture being stirred.

The stirring extensions included in the supply are suitable for stirred materials with heavier and tougher consistency: e.g. mortar, grouts, cement, plaster, whitewash, concrete, screed, etc.

  • Increase the revolutions when stirring. Run the mixer in the mixture being stirrer until it is completely mixed. Follow the processing instructions of the manufacturer.
  • Do not work with low revolutions in continuous operation. This would lead to engine overload / overheating.

Maintenance

Unplug the machine before any work on it.

Repairs and works specified in these Instructions may only be performed by qualified authorised staff. Use only original accessories and original spare parts.

Keep the device, in particular the air vents, clean at all times. Never spray water on the device body! Do not clean the plastics with solvents, flammable or toxic fluids. For cleaning, use a damp cloth only.

After each use, clean the stirring mechanism properly.

Caution! If the power cord of the appliance gets damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its customer service or a similarly qualified person to avoid danger.

Only a regularly maintained and treated appliance can serve as a satisfactory aid. Insufficient maintenance and care can lead to unforeseen accidents and injuries.
