How to set the time and date on the Auriol IAN 101506 watch?

Pull the crown to position 2 (click) to set the time by turning the crown. For the date, pull to position 1 and turn until desired date. Push the crown in to start the second hand.

Yes, it is water-resistant up to 3 bar (30 meters) according to DIN 8310. However, water resistance is not permanent; have it checked once a year.

How to replace the watch battery?

It is recommended to have the battery replaced by a watchmaker or a specialist shop to maintain water resistance.

How to change the watch strap?

Press the pin in the direction of the arrow (see figure G) to detach the strap. Install the new strap by reversing the procedure.

How to use the rotating bezel to measure time?

• To set the time, pull the crown 2 out to the 2nd position 6.

1. Turn the crown 2 to set the hour and minute hands 4, 1.
2. When the crown 2 is pushed back to the normal position the second hand 3 begins to run.
3. To set the date, pull the crown 2 out to 1st position 5. Turn the crown 2 until the required date is set on the date display 7. (101506-14-02, 101506-14-04, 101506-14-05)

- Watertightness

This watch is watertight to 3 bar in accordance with DIN 8310. Figure F shows the permissible areas of use. Please note that the watertightness is not a permanent feature. It should be checked annually and particularly before subjecting it to special conditions, as the function of the inbuilt sealing elements diminishes with daily use.
- Exchanging the watch strap (101506-14-01 / 101506-14-02 / 101506-14-04 / 101506-14-05)

Note: The wach strap can be exchanged.

Push the pin downwards in direction of the arrow (see fig. G) and

detach the strap from the watch. Exchange the strap and proceed in reverse order to install the new strap.

- Timing (101506-14-02)

The bezel 8 is used to indicate a period of time (e.g. jogging time). The amount of time elapsed can be read easily from the bezel.

Turn the bezel 8 in anti-clockwise direction to mark the start of timing.
- Removing Segments (101506-14-02, 101506-14-05)

Note: The segments that can be removed are marked with an arrow. They are connected together with pins. The pins can be pushed out in the direction of the arrow.

- Cleaning and maintenance

Clean the product on the outside only with a soft, dry cloth.
