  • Oven will be power on after 1 second buzzing.

Clock adjustment:

  • The display will show the clock at 0:00.
  • The left digit "0" will tinkle in the first 15 seconds; during this 15 sec, press "+" , "-" keys to adjust the clock in hours.
    -The unit is 1 hour for each press, it's 24 hours system.
  • Press the key again to enter the adjustment of clock in minutes by pressing “+”, “-” keys; the unit is 1 min for each press, it’s 60 minutes system.
  • After set up the clock, press the key to start the clock and the lamp of background will crush out in 20s; the oven will enter into standby mode.
  • If no operation in the first 15s, then the clock will start from 0:00 at once and the symbol“:” will twinkle; each twinkle of the symbol “:”means 1s; the oven will enter into standby mode.
  • During the standby mode, press any key could arouse the oven and the background lamp is on, it will automatic crush out in 20s without further operation.
    -During the standby mode, press Ⓞkey and use “+”, “-” keys to adjust the clock again.

Choose the default programs:

- Press the any symbol of below 8 programs, and

presskey to start working.

-Presskey again the oven pause and the background of the key twinkle.
-Presskey again, the program restart.
-Presskey more than 3s, the program cancel.

Choose the DIY mode:

  • When the power is on, the display will show the clock at 0:00 with blue color background. 1) Press the key FUN. to select the working mode for heaters: ,the default time is 0:00 and default temperature is 40°C.
  • Press ✗ the key to select the convection function, press again to cancel it. This key only work together with the ⏻key.
  • Press the ⏻ key to start the adjustment for temperature, and then press “+”, “-” keys to adjust the time; the unit is 5, for each press; when keep pressing “+”, “-” keys more than 2s, enter into the mode of Fast forward mode or Rewind mode in 2 units/s speed. The adjustment range is 40\~230°C.
  • Press the key to start the adjustment for time, and then press “+”, “-” keys to adjust the time; the unit is 1min for each press when below 30mins; when keep pressing “+”, “-” keys more than 2s, enter into the mode of Fast forward mode or Rewind mode in 2 units/s speed; the unit is 5min for each press when over 30mins; when keep pressing “+”, “-” keys more than 2s, enter into the mode of Fast forward mode or Rewind mode in 2 units/s speed. The adjustment range is 0\~180mins.
  • After set up all the data, then press the Ⓞ key to start working.
  • Presskey again the oven pause and the background of the ⏻ key twinkle.
  • Presskey again, the program restart.
  • Presskey more than 3s, the program cancel.

Stand by mode:

  • During the standby mode, press any key could arouse the oven and the background lamp is on, it will automatic crush out in 20s without further operation.
  • During the standby mode, press Ⓛ key and use "+",-"keys to adjust the clock again.
  • During the standby mode, press any symbol of 8 default programs or FUN key to enter the set up of working mode.
  • During the standby mode, press key or key or "+",-"keys,just arouse the background lamp of display only, without buzzer and any action

Convection Function:

This oven is equipped with an internal fan. This function, called convection cooking, allows the heat to be better distributed inside the oven.

  • Convection fan will turn on automatically if the cooking function includes it.
  • In DIY mode, you can press the convection button to turn on that function.
  • Press that convection button again to turn it off.

Rotisserie Set:

USING THE SPIT e.g., to roast a chicken:

  • Do not preheat the oven.
  • Position the first butterfly bolt on the skewer and fix it in place using a screwdriver. Stick the spit through the middle of the chicken then position the second butterfly screw on the spit and fix it in place using a screwdriver.
  • Place the frying pan below.
  • Insert the spit by inserting the right end first then sliding it in to insert the left end.
  • Start the spit turning by selecting the desired cooking mode and cooking time.
  • Set the thermostat to the desired temperature (recommended temperature for a roast chicken: 210^ C). If the appliance gives off excessive smoke during cooking, lower the temperature.
  • When cooking is finished, turn the appliance off.
  • Remove the spit using the special handle, taking the necessary precautions to avoid possible burns: position the handle in the grooves. Gently lift the spit, sliding it to the right to release it and then take the skewer out completely
