Safety instructions

Read these safety instructions carefully before using your appliance and keep safe for future reference.

• This appliance is designed to be used for domestic and similar purposes such as:
• kitchens used by employees in shops, offices and other working environments;
  -farms;
• use by guests in hotels, motels and other residential environments;
• other bed and breakfast-type accommodation;
• CAUTION: Keep the ventilation openings unobstructed inside the casing and within the housing.
• CAUTION: Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
• CAUTION: Do not damage the refrigeration circuit.
• CAUTION: Do not use electric appliances inside the wine storage compartment, unless these are of a type recommended by the manufacturer.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out children unless they are supervised.

• If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its After-Sales service or a similarly qualified person to avoid any hazards.
• WARNING: To avoid any risk of instability, the appliance must be installed on the ground, on a flat, horizontal surface making sure the vents are not obstructed.
• Do not store explosive substances such as aerosols containing flammable propellants in this appliance.
• This appliance is designed for storing wine only.
• Concerning the information relative to the installation, handling, maintenance and disposal of the appliance, please refer to the following paragraph in the manual.
• The lamp is non-replaceable. Please contact the after-sales service if it is out of order
• To avoid damage to the environment or human health caused by the uncontrolled disposal of electrical waste, please recycle the appliance responsibly to encourage the reuse of material resources. The appliance must be disposed of in a secure way at public disposal sites provided for this purpose.

Operation of thermoelectric cooler

• The temperature is adjusted in the range of 11^ - 18^ in the cabinet.
• When the power is connected, cooling system starts to work.
• The temperature you want can be set by touching the "T" set up button and "T" set down button. When the inside temperature is higher than the set point, cooling system will work normally until the inside temperature is lower than the set point, the cellar enters into functional cycles.
• The Light can be turned OFF or ON by touching the "Light button". If your forget turning off the light, it will be turned off after 10 min.

NOTE:

After you setting the temperature, the LCD display will return to show the temperature in the cooler, but it could turn to the point that you have set gradually.

Particular precautions

• In order to function at its potential, this wine cooler needs to be placed on flat floor, with 2cm spaces at each side and 10cm at the backside.
• Use the adjustable foot (iron case) to place the cooler fully horizontal.
• Avoid direct sunshine and high ambient temperature.
• Do not place heavy articles on the top of the cellar.

Maintenance

• Turn off power supply before cleaning cabinet.
  Take out wines and shelves, and then clean the cabinet with soda water then with clean water.
• Do not use soap or detergent for the cabinet.
• Clean the cellar regularly.

The lamp is not changeable by user; contact aftersales service or repair center if it is out of order.

Disposal of old electrical appliances
