Grinding coffee beans for filter coffee
1) Remove the lid 2 from the motor unit 3.
2) Fill it with the required quantity of coffee beans.
NOTE
- Please do not fill the appliance with more than 45g of coffee beans. If you do, the coffee beans will not be correctly ground. 45g is equivalent to around 5 tablespoons of coffee beans!
- You will require around 6 - 8 g of coffee powder for one cup of coffee. Please observe the instructions in the coffee-maker operating manual.
3) Put the lid 2 on. Ensure that the switch 1 lies over the square recess on the edge of the housing of the motor unit 3.
4) Press and hold the switch ① until the coffee beans have been ground to your requirements (around 20 - 30 seconds).
The coffee grinding grade is influenced by the quantity of coffee beans added and the length of grinding.
The longer you grind the coffee, the finer the coffee powder.
Shorter grinding results in coarser coffee powder.
NOTE
- Please observe the information about the grinding degree in the coffee-maker operating manual.
5) Release the switch 1 once the coffee beans have been ground to your requirements and wait until the blade 4 is at a standstill.
6) Take the lid 2 off and disconnect the mains plug from the power supply.
You can now remove the coffee powder using a spoon or similar.

-18 g of espresso beans for 2 cups of espresso.
-36 g of espresso beans for 4 cups of espresso.
