When using electric appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

8. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven, or in a microwave oven.

Note: The weight of the food which is put on the Food Tray/Grill Rack can not be over 2.5kg.
