When using electrical appliances, you should take the following precautions:

• Use the device according to the instruction manual.
  Always place the device on a stable surface.
• Use the tools which are included with the device.

Please keep the cord away from liquids to protect against the risk of electrical shock.
- Keep the device away from flammable substances to avoid the risk of fire.

Never attempt to open the device by yourself as this may damage the appliance and void your warranty.

• Please wait 1-2 hours before turning the device on if it's moved from a cold area to a hot area and vice versa.

In order to prevent electrical shock, keep the appliance away from water and never submerge the base or cord under water.

• Be careful when using the device around children.
• Do not touch any hot surfaces, as this may cause injury. Always handle the appliance with gloves.
• Do not allow the cord to hang over the edge of the table or touch any hot surfaces.
• Do not connect this device to an extension lead which is used with other appliances, it can lead to the device not functioning properly.
• Do not place the device near gas/electric stoves or ovens.
• Please make sure to disconnect the device from the power socket after use.

Getting Started

First use: Please clean the containers along with the lids before using the device for the first time. They can be cleaned using warm soapy water and dried with a soft cloth.

Operating Instructions:

1. Place your ingredients into the containers and make sure the caps are firmly closed. Place the containers into the device and close the lid.
2. Connect the power cord to the device.
3. Plug the device into a power socket.
4. Set the preset time with the button (Yogurt Mode -10/maximum up to 24 hours).
5. Press button to start cooking.
6. Press the button again to cancel or switch off.
7. A red indicator will light up first - indicating that the device is warming up. This is followed by a green light as soon as the device reaches the temperature required to operate.
8. When the cooking is finished, you will hear a beep and "00:00" will be displayed.
9. Switch the device off. Unplug it and remove the containers. Wait until the containers are cool then place them into your refrigerator.

NOTE: You can store yogurt in the refrigerator up to 8 days.

1. Please clean the containers before every use. Kitchenware should always be sterilized before use for health and safety.
2. Always wash your hands before any form of cooking.
3. Follow the recommendations in the instruction manual and recipe book
4. It is not recommended to add nuts, grains, dried fruits, fresh fruit
   and vegetables without pre-treatment. This increases the rise of harmful microorganisms in the fermentation process. It is safer to add them into the finished product.
5. If the yogurt is too thin, increase the amount of leaven or increase the fermentation time.
6. If you are using fruit, please do not wipe them dry. This removes the wax layer from the fruit. It is better to let fruit dry naturally.
7. Use room temperature milk.
8. Use only fresh and quality ingredients to prepare yogurt and dairy products.
9. Use special dried leaven or buy a simple yogurt without additives to prepare yogurt.
10. When adding ingredients, please keep in mind that in the process of
    fermentation, the volume will increase
11. Overloading can result in spillage and leaking into the device itself.

Cleaning And Maintenance

Yogurt is not fermented enough, or over fermented.	Cooking time isn't set correctly.	Follow the recommendations in the recipe. Consider the temperature of the ingredients. The longer the cooking time, the more sour the yogurt will be.

The inner surface of the fermenter got dirty with the ingredients from the jar and/or the lids were blown off the jar and body of the fermenter.	Jars were overloaded Cooking time set too long.	When placing the ingredients into the container, take into consideration that the volume will increase in the fermentation process. Control the cooking time. Beginners must note and record the optimal mode.
Setting reset Power failure occurred. Check the quality of the	products, if they are not spoiled and little time had passed after disconnecting, set the required mode again.
