How to use the VG MS 2 immersion blender?

Attach the shaft to the motor block by aligning the ▼ symbol with the open lock, then screw until the lock is closed. Plug in the appliance, immerse the shaft in the ingredients, then press the I or II button to select speed. Do not exceed 1 minute of continuous use.

What are the important safety tips?
