ITALIANOThe present manual is an integral part of the appliance and must be carefully read before using it as it gives important indications with regard to safety of installation, use and maintenance. Keep it with care.

• Beforeandduringusemakesuretheworksurfaceis stable and heat resistant.

• Neverleavetheironunattendedwhenitisconnected to the power supply.

• Donotusetheironifithasbeendropped,ifthereare signs of damage or if water leaks.

• Donottrytoironclothesiftheyarewornbyaperson:the steam is very hot, you could cause serious burn injuries.

• Donotcomeintocontactwiththewatercomingoutof the soleplate, since it is very hot and could cause burns.

• Beforecarryingoutanycleaningoperation,disconnect the plug from the power outlet and wait for the iron to cool down. ENGLISHB

• Always remove the plug from the outlet before doing this.

• Lift the handle (1) as in Figure C.

• Place the iron in an oblique position.

• Open the cover (3) and ll the tank without exceeding the MAX level (2) indicated. Never put fragrances in the tank.

• Close the cover (3). Tips: If the water in your area is very hard, use distilled water.. ENGLISHOPERATION

• Never leave the iron unattended and plugged into the outlet.

• The iron must be used and rested on a stable surface.

• Do not use the iron if it has been dropped accidentally or if there are any visible damage or leaks.

• The travel iron is not designed for regular use but only brief ironing. Tips:

• Beforeyoustartironing,passtheironoverasmallnon-visibleareaofyourpieceofgarmenttomake surethattheselectedtemperatureissuitableforthetypeoffabric.

• Duringironing,pumpthesteambutton(4)togetajetofsteam. Note:

• Donotpressthebutton(4)toomanytimesconsecutivelytoavoidsprayingnon-vaporizedwater droplets.

• Ateveryrst,scaleparticlescouldcomeoutwiththesteamsowerecommendthatyounotspray therstjetsofsteamdirectlyonthegarmenttobeironed.

ENGLISHCLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before cleaning, remove the plug from the wall outlet and wait for the iron to cool completely.

• Do not used chemicals or abrasives.

• Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

• Lettheironcoolcompletely.

In accordance with European Directive 2012/19/UE on electric and electronic equipment waste disposal.

• The barred symbol of the rubbish bin shown on the equipment indicates that, at the end of its useful life, the product must be collected separately from other waste.

• Therefore, any products that have reached the end of their useful life must be given to waste disposal centres specialising in separate collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment, or given back to the retailer at the time of purchasing new similar equipment, on a one for one basis.

• The adequate separate collection for the subsequent start-up of the equipment sent to be recycled, treated and disposal of in an environmentally compatible way contributes to preventing possible negative effects on the environment and health and optimises the recycling and reuse of components making up the apparatus.
