SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the operating instructions carefully before using the appliance and keep them for future use. Product features may differ slightly from those shown in the illustrations. Changes can be made by the manufacturer without notification.
- Keep the operating instructions in a safe place so that you can access them at any time.
- Do not assemble the appliance until you have read the operating instructions completely. The safety and efficiency of the appliance can only be guaranteed if the appliance has been correctly assembled and is properly maintained and used. It is your own responsibility to ensure that all users of the appliance are informed of warnings and precautions.
- The appliance must be placed on a stable and straight surface to be used safely. Protect the floor with a mat. Do not use the appliance in humid environments, such as pools, etc. The safety distance around the appliance must be at least 0.6 metres.
- Before using the exercise programmes, it is essential that you consult a doctor to determine whether you have any physical or health problems that could pose a risk to your health and safety by using the machine or prevent you from using the machine properly. Your doctor's advice is vital if you are taking medication that affects your pulse, blood pressure or cholesterol levels.
- Pay attention to your body's signals. Exercising incorrectly or excessively can be detrimental to your health. Stop exercising if any of the following symptoms occur: pain, tightness in the chest, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, dizziness or nausea. If you experience any of these conditions, you must consult a doctor before continuing your training.
- Do not exercise directly after meals.
- The appliance may only be assembled by adults. Keep children and pets away from the appliance.
- The appliance may only be used in domestic areas.
- The device is not suitable for therapeutic use. It can only be used for the exercises shown in the instructions.
- Wear adequate exercise clothing and exercise shoes when using the machine. Avoid loose clothing as it may get caught in the appliance or clothing that may restrict your movement.

Keep your back straight during exercise.

Before each use of the unit, always check that the handles, saddle, nuts and bolts have been properly tightened.
- Observe the maximum position for adjustable parts of the appliance and never go beyond the "Stop" mark as this would pose a risk.
- Only use the appliance as shown. If you notice any defective parts during assembly or inspection, or if you hear strange noises coming from the appliance during use, stop use immediately. Do not use the machine again until the problem has been corrected.
- Take care when lifting or moving the unit so that you do not injure your back. Always use back-friendly lifting techniques and seek help from another person if necessary.
- All moving parts of the device (e.g. pedals, handles, saddle... etc.) must be serviced weekly. Check these before each use. If something is broken or loose, repair or fix the relevant part immediately. Do not continue using the appliance until you have restored it to a good initial condition.
- Keep the power cord away from heat sources.
- Do not insert any objects into the machine openings.
- Switch off and unplug the appliance before moving or cleaning the appliance. To clean, rub the surfaces with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Do not use solvents under any circumstances.
- Do not use the appliance in places that are not temperature-controlled, such as garages, verandas, bathrooms, carports or outdoors.
- Only use the appliance as described in the operating instructions.
- Incorrect repair and structural modifications (e.g. removal or replacement of original parts) may put the user of the appliance at risk.
- The flywheel becomes very hot during use.
- Activate the key lock when you are not using the machine.
- Children from the age of 8, mentally and physically impaired persons may only use the device if they have been familiarised in detail with the functions and safety precautions by a supervisor responsible for them beforehand.
- Make sure that children do not play with the appliance.
- Bearing Ensure that you only connect the appliance to sockets with the appropriate voltage.

BEFORE ASSEMBLY
Opening the packaging
Check that all the parts are present. To do this, take the parts list and check for the number of individual parts.
Prepare tools
Have the necessary tools to hand before starting assembly. This saves time and guarantees an easier, quicker set-up.
Keep work surface free
Make sure you have enough space around you for the set-up. Remove all objects on which you could possibly injure yourself. After complete assembly, check that there is sufficient space for use.

Take the front support (2) and connect the middle computer cable (56) to the lower computer cable (57). Secure the support (2) to the main frame (1) using 4 Allen screws (61) and curved washers (59).
Pull the extension cable (33) out of the upper hole of the support (2).
Connect the extension cable (33) to the resistance regulator (32) in the direction of the arrow. Then fix the resistance regulators with washer (40) and screw (39).
How to pull the extension cable out of the front support:
Picture 1: Take the lower computer cable and the extension cable.
Picture 2: Connect the middle computer cable to the lower one.
Figure 3: Pull the resistance cable out of the front of the support.
Picture 4 and 5: Connect the cable to the back of the resistance controller by inserting the end of the cable into the clip at the end of the lower resistance cable. Then pull this up and insert the end of the outer cable into the U-shaped clip. Please note that at this stage you may need to pull the support upwards with force to increase the length of the cable.

To attach the saddle (14), turn the saddle (14) around, attach the seat post (3) with 3 spring washers (44) and a lock nut (45) and then slide the seat post into the main frame (1).
Place the holes on top of each other and secure this position with the adjustment knob (20).
The correct height of the saddle can only be made after it has been fully assembled.

Connect the computer cable (42b) to the middle computer cable (42a). Then slide the computer (43) onto the holder and fasten it there with a screw (41).

Fix the handle (6) with a washer (53) and a spacer (54) on the bracket of the front support (2), then use the T-type regulator (60). Connect the pulse hand sensor cable (55) to the "pulse" connector on the computer.

A: Attach the left pedal strap to the left pedal (15) marked "L". Also do this on the right. Now attach the left (15) and right (16) pedals to the corresponding crank arms (28). The right pedal must be to your right when you are sitting on the trainer. Note that the right pedal is tightened clockwise and the left pedal anti-clockwise.
B: Finally, place the home trainer in the desired position. When it is in the right position, adjust the knob (50). Make sure that the pommel touches the floor and the trainer is stable. If you move the home trainer to a position, check the central knob (50) and adjust if necessary.
Important: Check that all screws and nuts are tight and have a secure fit before use.

Functions and operation
Insert batteries: Please insert 2 AA 1.5 V batteries into the battery compartment on the back of the computer. NOTE: (When you replace the battery, all values are reset to 0)
Auto on/off: As soon as you start your training, the display automatically shows the training values. If you interrupt the training for 256 sec. the display switches off. But the exercise values are saved. If you continue your training, the values are added to the previous values.
Auto-Scanner: After the display turns on or the Mode button is pressed, the display shows all the values Time-Calories-Kilometres-Pulse-Speed-Distance. Each value is displayed for 6 sec.
Speed: Displays the current training speed from 0.0 to 99.9KM / H or MPH.
Distance: Displays the distance that you have covered from 0.0 to 999.9. You can set a preset target distance using SET & MODE. Each keystroke increases the value by
0.1 km or m, each press of the button increases the value by 1 km or m at a distance over 100. During the training it will then count down from the preset distance.
Time: Counts the total time from 00:00 up to 99:59. You can set a preset target time using SET & MODE. Each press of the button increases the time by 1 minute. During the training, the time is counted down from the preset time.
Calories: Counts calories burned during exercise from 0 to max. 9999 calories. You can set a preset calorie target using SET & MODE. Each press of the button increases the value by 1 kcal up to 1000, each press of the button increases the value by 10 kcal for calories over 1000. During the workout, it then counts down from the preset calories.
Note: These data are only a rough guide and should not be used for medical treatment
Kilometre: Displays the total distance travelled from 0.0 to 999.9. Press the Mode button to display this value.
Pulse: This display shows you your heart rate in beats per minute during exercise.
Reset: Press and hold for 2 sec. to reset all values except the odometer to 0.
Important information about changing the batteries
- If the display is erratic, remove and reinsert the batteries and try again.
- Battery data: 1.5 V U M-3 or AA (2 pieces).
- Before batteries must be removed and disposed of separately.
Battery change
If the display is not satisfactory, please replace batteries with new ones. You need two "AA". Always replace both batteries at the same time.
How to replace the batteries: Remove the battery cover on the back and then replace the batteries (see picture).
