Frequently Asked Questions - OT 16 TEAM

How to clean the interior of the oven?
Wipe the tray with absorbent paper or a soft cloth. For stubborn residue, pour a little cooking oil, wait 5 to 10 minutes, then scrub. If necessary, use a damp cloth with mild detergent. Never use abrasive products or steel wool.
What is the power of this oven?
The power is approximately 1200 W, but it is not specified in the manual. This value is typical for a tabletop oven of this size.
How to set the temperature?
Use the thermostat knob to select the desired temperature. The oven heats until it reaches that temperature, indicated by the indicator light.
Does the timer work without selecting a heating function?
No, cooking only starts when you have selected a cooking time on the timer. The oven then heats and the light comes on.
Can I use an extension cord?
Yes, but make sure the extension cord's amperage is at least 16 amps. A lower-rated extension cord may overheat. Also ensure it does not hang over the edge of a table to prevent accidents.
How to turn off the oven before the programmed time ends?
Set the timer knob to the '0' position. This stops cooking immediately.
Can I bake bread in this oven?
Yes, but baking or reheating bread slices should not exceed 10 minutes to avoid any risk of burning. The timer allows up to 60 minutes for other uses.
What to do in case of a crack on the oven door?
Immediately disconnect the appliance and have it checked by a qualified competent service (manufacturer's after-sales service or an authorized person). Do not use the oven until it is repaired.
What accessories are supplied with the oven?
The oven is supplied with a baking tray, a grid, and a handle to safely remove the tray and grid.
How to clean the exterior of the oven?
Use a dry soft cloth. Do not use metallic sponge or abrasive products, as this would damage the coating. Never immerse the appliance in water.
