Dyes from clothes etc. may also transfer to the leather. When using the unit, do your best to keep it away from sweat, moisture and water.
- If the leather does get wet, absorb the water by pressing and wiping with a dry towel etc., then allow it to dry in a shady and aerated place. Using a source of extreme heat, such as a hairdryer, to dry it may lead to hardening of the leather and changes in its properties or shape; therefore such measures should never be used.
- Any dirt can be removed by gently wiping with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use any of the creams or wax etc. available on the market.
- Coming into contact with alcohol, thinner, benzene, insecticide etc. will cause the color of the leather to change, so do not allow this to happen.
- Avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight. Doing so may lead to the leather changing shape, patches of uneven color, or becoming cracked.
