Fax +32 2 359 95 50 UK STYLE PLUG WIRING INSTRUCTIONS (IN THE UK ONLY) This product must only be used from a 13 amp power socket. If a BS1363 approved 13 amp plug is used, it should be fitted with a 13 amp fuse. The wires on the power cord are colour coded: blue = neutral, brown = live, green or green & yellow = earth. The blue wire must be connected to the terminal marked N or coloured in black. The brown wire must be connected to the terminal marked L or coloured in red. The green (& yellow) wire must be connected to the terminal marked E or coloured in green (& yellow). IMPORTANT INFORMATION For best results with your appliance, please follow the "10 seconds use, 3 seconds break" rule. This appliance is not for professional use. MOUNTING OF THE BLENDER AND USE

MIXING Assemble the pouring jug (5) on the motor block (1) and turn it anti-clockwise till it clicks in order to unlock the safety switch. Fill the pouring jug with the chosen ingredients. For larger quantity, it is recommended to add the food gradually (maximum capacity 500 ml) In case of very hot ingredients, fill the jug to the half. Do not fill ingredients more than 80°C Before mixing, please cut the large ingredients into small pieces. Put the lid on the pouring jug (4) and make sure it is blocked correctly. Put the plug in the power socket and switch on the appliance with the switch (3) as described in the paragraph "Important Information". Do not remove the jug from the motor block before the blade is totally still. Otherwise you might hurt yourself!

With your multi-purpose blender you can extract small amounts of juice from fruit (e.g. oranges). To do so, put the filter (6) in the pouring jug and press it down till it is fixed properly. You can remove the lid of the filter by turning it anti-clockwise. Put the small fruit pieces in the filter. Close the filter's lid and make sure it is fixed properly. Close the jug with its lid and activate the switch. When the juice is ready, open the lid and pour out the juice. CHOPPING Fill the food and (e.g. coffee bones) in the tray of the motor block (1) and close the lid of the (2). Do not use water or any other liquid. Clean the jug, the blades and the lid with hot soapy water and rinse thoroughly with clear water. Dry before assembling. Clean the housing with a damp cloth.
