How to charge the Denver PBA-16001 battery?

Connect the provided micro USB cable to the Micro USB port of the battery (point E). Plug the other end into a 5V USB charger or a computer USB port. The LED blinks during charging. Disconnect once all 5 LEDs are lit.

How to use the battery to charge my smartphone?

Check that your smartphone supports 5V charging. Use its original cable: plug it into the USB output port of the battery (point D). Press the switch to start charging. The LEDs light up to indicate power transfer.

What do the LED indicators mean?

The 5 LEDs indicate the remaining battery level: 1 LED = 0-20%, 2 LEDs = 20-40%, 3 LEDs = 40-60%, 4 LEDs = 60-80%, 5 LEDs = 80-100%. If the battery is very low (<5%), the first LED blinks.

How to turn on the LED flashlight?

Press the battery switch quickly twice to turn on the flashlight. Another double press turns it off.

What safety precautions should I take?

Do not expose the battery to high heat, water or fire. Do not disassemble it. If liquid leaks, avoid contact with eyes and rinse thoroughly. Use only original cables. Do not cover the device during use to prevent overheating.

How long does the battery last?

The battery retains about 80% of its capacity after 300 charge/discharge cycles. It can be recharged more than 500 times. Fully discharge and recharge it every 3 months if not in use.

Can I charge the battery and a device at the same time?

This is not recommended. The Denver PBA16001 battery is not designed for pass-through mode. It is better to charge the battery first, then use it to charge your devices.

How to store the battery if not used for a long time?

Store it in a dry place, at a temperature between -10°C and 45°C and humidity between 25% and 65%. Fully charge it then discharge to about 50% for long-term storage. Every 3 months, perform a charge/discharge cycle.

What to do in case of liquid leakage?

If liquid leaks, do not touch it. If your eyes are affected, rinse immediately with clean water and consult a doctor. Do not rub. Dispose of the defective battery at an appropriate collection point.

How to recycle the Denver PBA-16001 battery?

Do not throw it away with household waste. Deposit it at a collection point for batteries and accumulators or at a recycling center. The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the device indicates that it must be recycled separately.

Instructions

Charging DENVER PBA-16001 (Figure 1/Figure 2)

1. Use original USB data cable and connect microUSB to microUSB port on DENVER PBA-16001;

2. Connect USB cable to USB port on DC5V USB charger or computer.

If LED signal flickers, it means DENVER PBA-16001 is being charged;

Please pull out power supply after recharging fully.

Charging digital product with DENVER PBA-16001 (Figure 3)

1. Check if the charging voltage of the digital product is compatible with the DC5V output voltage of DENVER PBA-16001.
2. Use the digital product's original cable, and connect one end to the digital product, the other end to DENVER PBA-16001. If battery signal (output signal) lights up, it means the charging process starts. When all signals light up, it means the digital product is fully charged.

Flashlight function

Press the switch twice to turn on the LED flashlight and press twice to turn it off.

1. When switching off, LED signal will go out in 5 seconds and the battery will enter sleep mode in about 1 minute. If users want to use the battery to charge digital products, please switch on to wake it up.
2. When switching off, the 1st signal (output signal) will flicker if the power is less than 5% to prompt users that the battery itself needs

3. Do not throw this product into fire or water, so as to avoid possible fire and explosion.
4. Please keep the product out of the reach of children.
5. Do not use it when nobody is around.
6. Do not dismantle or assembly the product yourself; the product does not have any parts that need users to dismantle, assembly or maintain themselves.
7. Do not shake it, tap it or hit it.
8. Do not use it if any liquid leaks out of the product. If the liquid goes into your eyes, do not rub your eyes, but quickly flush your eyes with running water. If necessary, go to see a doctor.
9. It is normal that the product gets hot under proper operations. Please use with care when using or finishing using the product.
10. Original transmission cables and connectors are required for all operations. Use of non-original products may lead to severe or deadly injuries or monetary loss.
11. Do not use paper or other objects to cover or shield the product, which may affect heat dissipation and cooling.
12. Check the voltage before using the product, so as to avoid unnecessary damage to the product caused by improper use under inaccurate voltage or power.
13. Please charge and discharge the product once every three months if it is not used

for a long time. This can ensure the life cycle of the product.
