How to use the mixer?

Clip the stainless steel blade onto the motor unit. Place the mixer in the bowl, select speed 1 to 5, then press the switch to position I or II. Remove the blade after use.

How to use the chopper?

Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade. Position the blade on the chopper bowl spout, lock the bowl. Place food in the bowl, put the lid on and clip the motor unit. Select speed 1 to 5 and press I or II. Hold the motor unit with one hand and the bowl with the other.

How to use the beater?

Insert the beater head into its holder, then clip the assembly onto the motor unit. Place the beater in a bowl before turning it on. Select speed 1 to 5 and press I or II. Remove the beater holder after use.

Can I chop ice cubes or coffee beans?

No, the chopper is not designed for particularly hard foods like ice cubes, nutmeg or coffee beans. Use it for meat, cheese, onions, herbs, nuts, etc.

How to clean the appliance?

The motor unit and chopper bowl should only be cleaned with a damp cloth, do not immerse. All other parts (blade, bowl, lid, beater head) can be cleaned in the dishwasher. For very salty foods, remove the blade immediately after use. Use vegetable oil on discolored plastic parts before washing.

How to use the hand blender

The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauscs, soups, mayonnaise and baby food as well as for mixing and milkshakes.

Turn the stainless steel blender stick on the motor unit until it locks.
o Introduce the hand blender in the vessel. Then choose speed "1"-5" and press the switchIor switchII.
Turn the blender stick off the motor unit after use.
o You can use the hand blender in the measuring beaker and just as well in any other vessel.

How to use your chopper

• Chopper is perfectly suited for hard food, such as chopping meat, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes etc.
• Don't chop extremely hard food, such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee beans and grains.

Before chopping...

Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade. Caution: the blade is very

sharp! Always hold it by the upper plastic part.

Place the blade on the center pin of the chopper bowl. Press down the blade and lock bowl. Always place the chopper bowl on the anti-slip base.
Place the food in the chopper bowl.
Place the chopping bowl lid on the chopper bowl.
Turn the motor unit on the chopping bowl lid until it locks.
Choose speed "1"-5" and press switchIor switchII to operate the chopper. During processing, hold the motor unit with on hand and the chopper bowl the other.

After use, turn the motor unit off the chopping bowl lid.
Then remove the chopping bowl lid.
Carefully take out the blade.
Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl.

How to use your whisk

Use the whisk only for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing sponges and Ready-mix desserts.

Inset the whisk into the whisk holder, and then turn the gear box on the motor unit until it locks.
Place the whisk in a vessel and only then. Choose speed "1"-5" and press the switchIor switchII to operate it.
Turn the gear box off the motor unit after use. Then pull the whisk out of the gear box.

Cleaning

Cleaning the motor unit and chopping bowl lid only with a damp cloth only. Do not immerse the motor unit in water!

1. All other parts can be cleaned in the dish washer. However, after processing very salty food, you should rise the blades right away.

2. Also, be careful not to use an overdose of cleaner or decalcifier in your dishwasher.

3. When processing food with color, the plastic parts of the appliance may become discolored Wipe these parts with vegetable oil before placing them in the dishwasher.
