GB Instructions for use
Before using the appliance, please read the
following instructions carefully and keep this
manual for future reference. The appliance
must only be used by persons familiar with

The appliance should only be connected to
an earthed socket installed in accordance
with the regulations. Make sure that the
supply voltage corresponds with the voltage
marked on the rating label of the appliance.

Before using for the fi rst time
∙ Clean the appliance (see Cleaning and
care) and completely remove any packing
∙ Before using the appliance for the fi rst
time, let it heat up for 15 minutes with
both heating elements (
Operation). When the appliance is
switched on for the fi rst time, a slight
smell may be emitted. This is normal and
will only last for a very short time. Ensure
suffi cient ventilation.
Upper and lower heat
Turn the 4-position switch to the desired
The heating elements will only switch on
after the timer is activated.
The timer can be used for selecting a certain
cooking time (max 60 minutes).

The interior operating temperature is around

using the 4-position switch to set the
required temperature, and the timer to set
the desired pre-heating time.
∙ Place the food to be cooked onto the
rack. When cooking food containing fat
or moisture, use the tray to stop any drips
into the interior of the appliance.
∙ Close the glass door and use the timer to
choose the desired cooking time.
∙ After the pre-programmed cooking time
has elapsed, the timer will automatically
switch off the heating elements.
