Frequently Asked Questions - E.ziclean Vac100 E.zicom

What to do if the robot stops during cleaning?
Check if the selected program is finished. Look at the LED screen for any error code and follow the corresponding instructions (e.g., cleaning filters, unblocking wheels).
How to improve cleaning performance if it decreases?
Check the battery status. Ensure the main brush, side brush, filter, and dustbin are not obstructed by debris or hair. Clean them if necessary.
The remote control does not work, what to do?
Check the remote control batteries. Make sure the robot is powered on. Clean the robot's infrared receiver with a dry cloth.
The robot does not return automatically to its charging dock, why?
Check that the charging dock is plugged in and turned on. If the battery is extremely low, manually recharge the robot using its adapter. Ensure the path to the dock is clear.
How to interpret error codes on the LCD screen?
Error codes range from 0 to 19 (e.g., 0 = left wheel blocked, 2 = main brush tangled, 3 = suction saturation). Refer to the 'Simplified Troubleshooting Procedure' section of the manual for solutions.
Can the robot be used on thick or fringed rugs?
No, the robot is designed for hard floors and low-pile rugs. Avoid fringed rugs that could get tangled in the brush.
How to install the mopping function?
Attach the washable cloth to its dedicated compartment, then clip the assembly to the back of the robot. You can remove the compartment if you do not wish to use it.
What is the recommended charging time for the first use?
To optimize battery life, charge the robot for 10 to 12 hours during the first use. Do the same if the device has not been used for a long period.
How to schedule the robot for weekly cleaning?
Use the buttons on the charging dock to set the time, days of the week, and start time. Confirm with the 'Full Go' button. Scheduling takes priority over Full Go mode.
What to do in case of battery overheating?
Error code '4' indicates overheating. Immediately stop the vacuum and let the batteries cool down before using the device again.

The virtual wall is an accessory, it sends some special IR signals to form a blocked area to prevent the cleaner from entering unnecessary areas, it is so named "virtual wall" because this function acts like a wall.

  • Before using the virtual wall, install the batteries as shown in figure 3, open the bottom cover of the virtual wall, install 2 pcs A batteries (pay attention to the correct polarity). After the installation, close the bottom cover and tighten the screws.
  • Select the distance selector of the virtual wall according to the actual requirements; pull the shift switch to the top position to select the low level (0-4m), to the middle to select the medium level (4-7m) and to the bottom to select the high level( above 7m); The lower level, the lower power consumption and the longer working time of batteries, therefore, you should try to select a lower level whenever possible.
  • Press the power button on the virtual wall. The indicator will flash. When the voltage is normal, the indicator will twinkle at each longer interval, if the batteries are in low power, the indicator will flash faster, indicating that the batteries should be replaced. To avoid wrong startup, you should press and hold the switch for a comparatively longer time (about 3\~5 seconds) when turning on the power.
  • The virtual wall takes effect with IR signals, therefore, its functional range is a sector of about 15^ , when the power is turned on, you should place it at the entrance of the area that you don't want the cleaner to clean. The cleaner won't enter such area then.
  • The virtual wall uses 2pcs A (1.5V) batteries, when batteries' power is short, you should replace them. Continue to use the batteries with extremely short power may corrode the virtual wall.
