How do I connect the headphone to my device?

Use the coiled cable for optimal quality or the cable with remote for portable use. Plug the 3.5 mm jack into your device. For a 6.35 mm jack, use the included adapter.

Does the cable with remote work with all smartphones?

The remote is compatible with many models but not all. If the sound is poor, use the cable without remote.

How do I clean the headphone?

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Do not use products containing solvents and avoid liquid entering the openings.

What is the recommended listening level?

5) If you hear ringing or experience pain or discomfort in your ears during or after using any headphones audio product, that is a sign you are listening too loud. When your ears are exposed to high volumes (in excess of 85dB) for over an hour, you may be permanently damaging your hearing.
6) Turn down your listening device's volume to zero before you insert the headphones and turn on the device. Once you have the headphones in, gradually increase the volume to a comfortable, moderate volume.
7) NEVER operate a motor vehicle while listening to or wearing your headphone. Not only dangerous, it is illegal in many places.
8) NEVER operate heavy machinery while listening to or wearing your headphones.
9) We don't recommend you use the headphones while riding a bicycle, running, or walking in heavy traffic areas. If you do, listen at a lower volume so you can hear ambient noise.

All of the functions of the remote control or some of them are compatible with different models or brands of

current or coming mobile phones.

On some mobile phones, the cord is not compatible. It results in a bad quality sound or no sound at all. In that case, please use the removable cord without remote control.

The Focal headphones include high performance cones. They are made of mylar and titanium in highly reduced thicknesses in order to reproduce the most tiny details with the greatest dynamic. A bad use can damage and even break the cone. Please take care of it and avoid any falls or excessive pressures in the earpieces. Thus, your headphones will offer you performances all along its lifespan. In case of damage, please contact your local dealer to repair it.

Push this way increase the pressure inside the ear cup and can damage the driver.

Maintenance

Clean the headphones with a soft dry cloth.

Do not use cleaning agents containing solvents. Avoid the ingress of any liquid or foreign matter into the transducer openings.
