Frequently Asked Questions - E200 Tibuta

How do I reset the Tibuta E200 tablet to factory settings?
Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset). Confirm by tapping Reset tablet. All your personal data, apps, and accounts will be deleted. Make sure to back up your files to a microSD card or the cloud before proceeding.
The Tibuta E200 tablet won't turn on, what should I do?
Start by plugging in the provided charger (5V/2A) for at least 30 minutes, as a completely dead battery might seem stuck. If the tablet remains off, hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds to force a restart. As a last resort, try a forced restart by holding both the volume down and power button simultaneously for 10 seconds.
How do I insert a microSD card to increase storage?
The Tibuta E200 supports microSD cards up to 128 GB. Insert the card into the dedicated slot on the side of the tablet, then wait a few seconds for the system to automatically detect it. You can then move photos, videos, and some apps to the card via Settings > Storage.
Is the tablet compatible with the Google Play Store?
Yes, the Tibuta E200 has the official GMS (Google Mobile Services) certification. You can freely download all available apps from the Play Store. Simply log in with your Google account during the first use.
What is the battery life of the Tibuta E200?
The 7,000 mAh Li-polymer battery offers about 10 hours of gaming, 12 hours of video watching, and up to 14 hours of reading or web browsing. These durations vary depending on screen brightness and Wi-Fi being active. Charge the tablet using the included USB-C cable and 5V/2A charger.
How do I connect the Tibuta E200 tablet to Wi-Fi?
Open Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi and turn on Wi-Fi. The tablet supports dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz: prefer the 5 GHz network for better streaming performance. Select your network from the list and enter the password to connect.
How do I update Android on the Tibuta E200?
Go to Settings > System > System update and tap Check for updates. Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi and that the battery is above 50% before starting the download. The tablet comes with Android 12.
Does the Tibuta E200 support a SIM card?
No, the Tibuta E200 is a Wi-Fi only tablet: it does not have a SIM slot and does not support 4G/5G connectivity. To access the Internet on the go, you can share your smartphone's connection via a Wi-Fi hotspot (tethering).
How do I connect a keyboard or mouse to the Tibuta E200?
You can connect accessories via Bluetooth 5.0: enable Bluetooth in settings, put your keyboard or mouse in pairing mode, then select it from the list of devices. You can also connect USB peripherals via a USB-C OTG adapter (not included).
The tablet's touchscreen is not responding, how can I fix it?
First, restart the tablet by holding the power button for 10 seconds. Clean the screen with a dry microfiber cloth, as grease marks can interfere with the G+G touchscreen. If the problem persists after the restart, perform a factory reset via recovery mode by holding volume down + power during startup.
What charger should I use for the Tibuta E200?
The tablet charges via the USB-C port with a 5V / 2A charger (included in the box). Avoid using fast chargers with higher voltage that are not compatible. The included USB-C cable can also be used to transfer files to a computer.
The speakers on the Tibuta E200 are not emitting sound, what should I do?
First, check that the volume is not set to minimum and that no headphones are plugged into the 3.5 mm jack. If the issue persists, go to Settings > Sound to test the audio outputs. A simple restart often resolves a temporary audio bug.

My Tibuta E200 won't charge - what should I do?
Frequently Asked Questions - 18 j
Response Notice-Facile

If your Tibuta E200 won't charge, here are the steps to follow:

1. Charge for at least 30 minutes

A completely drained battery may seem stuck. Plug in the provided adapter for a minimum of 30 minutes without trying to turn on the device. The device may show no signs of life in this state.

2. Check the adapter

Make sure to use only the standard adapter provided with your tablet (5V/2A). Incompatible fast chargers or third-party adapters may not work properly. Also, inspect the USB-C connector for dirt or damage.

3. Normal charging time

Note that the first two charges after purchase take about 6 hours, then 4 hours are sufficient afterwards. Don't be surprised if the first charge takes longer.

4. In case of persistent defect

If after 30 minutes of charging the device still does not turn on and you have confirmed the correct adapter, there may be a hardware issue. Check that the USB-C port is not damaged and consider contacting support if the problem persists.
