Safety tips
- Do not disassemble or modify the [listen] or [charge] device for any reason as the device may malfunction and won't be covered by the warranty.
- Do not get the [listen] and/or [charge] devices wet as moisture will damage them, which will not be covered by the warranty.
- To avoid choking or any other injury, do not swallow any of the parts of this product. Keep the [listen] and/or [charge] devices out of reach from children and animals.
- Do not use [listen] and/or [charge] device during thunderstorms as electric shocks or damage may occur.
- To avoid over-discharging the battery, stow the [listen] device in the charging cartridge to power off.
- Do not subject the [listen] and/or [charge] devices to excessive temperatures (above 113^ or below -4^ )
Precautions
- Listening to music at a very high volume may cause permanent damage to your hearing. Warning: check the volume before playing audio with the [listen] device. Warning: to avoid hearing damage, give your ears a break from your [listen] device after one hour of use.
- To avoid damaging internal components, please try to avoid knocking, bumping, or squeezing the [listen] device as it is a precision electro-acoustic device.
- Improper cleaning of the [listen] device may result in an ear infection. Avoid getting the [listen] device wet using aerosol sprays, solvents, or abrasives on them. Stop using the [listen] device if a skin problem persists.
- Do not use the [listen] device while driving, cycling, or crossing a road. Understand and observe the laws and regulations based on the country you're driving in. Stay safe and focused when you drive. Stop using the [listen] device if it distracts you while driving or if you're doing another activity that requires concentration.

Use the [listen] and/or [charge] device in temperature range of 32^ to 95^ and 45% to 100% humidity. Store them in the temperature range of -47^ to 104^ . Too high or too low temperature will degrade quality and may damage [listen] and/or [charge] devices batteries. Using the [listen] device in a dry environment may cause static electricity and give a weak electrostatic discharge. To minimize the risk of electrostatic discharge, avoid using your [listen] device in a dry environment or touch metal objects before using them.

Using a damaged power cable or charger or charging the [listen] and/or [charge] devices in a wet environment may cause a fire, electric shock, injury, or property loss (for example, charging cartridge damage).
- Some components of [listen] and/or [charge] devices will produce electromagnetic fields. The [listen] true wireless audio, the audio charging cartridge, the [charge] power bank, and the [wear] accessories all contain magnets. These electromagnetic fields and magnets may interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators or other medical equipment. Keep medical equipment a safe distance from the [listen] true wireless audio, the audio charging cartridge, the [charge] power bank, and the [wear] accessories all contain magnets. Consult your doctor or medical equipment manufacturer to find out more about medical equipment. If you are unsure whether the [listen] true wireless audio, the audio charging cartridge, the [charge] power bank, and the [wear] accessories are interfering with your pacemaker or defibrillator or other medical equipment stop using them.
- [listen] true wireless audio, charging cartridge, [charge] power bank, and the [wear] accessories may get dirty over a period of time due to natural wear and tear. Before cleaning remove the [listen] wireless earbuds from the charging cartridge, disconnect the charging cartridge from the USB type C charger, and remove the [charge] power bank from the charging cartridge before cleaning with a dry and lint-free cloth. Do not use liquid cleanser.

EU Batteries Directive 2013/56/EU
A new battery directive 2013/56/EU on Battery and Accumulator Replacing inactive entered into force on the 01 /07/2013. The directive applies to all types of batteries and accumulators (AA, AAA, button cells, lead acid, rechargeable packs) including those incorporated into appliances except for military, medical and power tool applications. The directive sets out rules for collection, treatment, recycling and disposal of batteries, and aims to prohibit certain hazardous substances and to improve environmental performance of batteries and all operators in the supply chain.
Instructions for Users on Removal, Recycling and Disposal of Used Batteries
To remove the batteries from your equipment or remote control, reverse the procedure described in the owner's manual for inserting batteries. For products with a built-in battery that lasts for the lifetime of the product, removal may not be possible for the user. In this case, recycling or recovery centers handle the dismantling of the product and the removal of the battery.
If, for any reason, it becomes necessary to replace such a battery, this procedure must be performed by authorized service centers. In the European Union and other locations, it is illegal to dispose of any battery with household trash. All batteries must be disposed of in an environmentally sound manner. Contact your local waste-management officials for information regarding the environmentally sound collection, recycling and disposal of used batteries.
WARNING: Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. To reduce risk of fire or burns, don't disas-semble, crush, puncture, short external contacts, expose to temperature above 60^ (140^) , or dispose of in fire or water. Replace only with specified batteries. The symbol indicating 'separate collection' for all batteries and accumulators shall be the crossed-out wheeled bin shown below:
