Operation

CAUTION! Always make sure your hands are dry before connecting the unit to the power supply or touching the power switch.
- Connect the power plug to an appropriate mains socket.
- Set the power switch to I to turn on the unit and start cooling the beer to the last set temperature. It takes between 19 and 23 hours to cool the beer to 3 - 4^ C .
B Product usage

TIP: Place the beer keg in the refrigerator for 12 hours beforehand to chill the beer keg from 2^ to 8^ .
8 When the power switch is turned on, the LED screen turns on and displays:
(1) The number of days remaining that the beer will stay fresh.
The amount of beer left in the keg. (Only for Perfectdraft: 5 dashes = full, 1 dash = low.)
The current beer keg temperature.
- When the unit is switched off and then on again, the freshness countdown will start from day 30. When 0 days displays, the beer needs to be changed.
- To change the number of countdown days remaining, press and hold either + or - to enter the setting mode (the number will flash on the screen), and then press + or - to increase or decrease the number of days.
- To change the set temperature, press the control button + or - to increase or decrease the temperature. The temperature range is from 3^ to 12^ . The set temperature displays for a few seconds and then the current temperature of the beer in the keg displays.

9 Slowly lower the tap handle to pour the beer.
- Rest your tilted beer glass against the pouring spout. Slowly straighten the glass as the beer level rises. Then, fully open the tap to avoid excess foam.
- Return the beer handle to the upright position to stop pouring.
The beer flow will splutter out of the pouring spout to signify the keg is empty.
- When the beer keg is empty and you have finished using the unit, set the power switch to the off position 0 and unplug the unit.

TIP: Fill a glass halfway, then let the foam settle before continuing to fill the glass.
- For best results, rinse and clean the glass before pouring the beer.
If the beer or beer glass is not cold enough, a lot of foam will form.
It is normal for a bigger head to form when pouring the first 3 glasses of beer.
B Product usage

NOTE: We do not recommend removing a half-empty beer keg from the unit as the beer may lose its freshness.
