How to fill the water tank?

Unplug the device, remove the lid and the tank. Unscrew the cap, fill with clean water at a temperature below 40°C, screw the cap on tightly, put the tank back in place, then the lid. Plug in and turn on.

The humidifier does not diffuse water, what to do?

Check that the adapter is properly plugged in and that the power supply works. Make sure the tank contains enough water and is correctly positioned on the base.

The device gives off a bad smell, why?

If the device is new, leave the tank open and empty in a cool, dark place for 12 hours. If the water is dirty, clean the tank and refill with clean water.

The amount of water diffused is low, how to improve?

The transducer may be dirty. Clean it with a descaler as indicated in the manual. Also check that the water is clean and changed regularly.

Is there abnormal noise, what to check?

Make sure the tank is properly seated on the base. If the water level is too low, add water.

How to clean the humidifier?

Unplug the device, empty the water. Clean the tank with a mild detergent and rinse. For the transducer, pour 10 ml of descaler directly onto it, wait 2 to 5 minutes, brush and rinse thoroughly.

What water to use?

Use only clean and clear water, at room temperature below 40°C. Avoid hot or dirty water.

The device turns off by itself, is it normal?

Yes, the device is equipped with an automatic shut-off system when water runs out. Fill the tank to restart it.

Can I use the device continuously?

Yes, but the autonomy is about 10 hours with a full tank. Remember to check the water level regularly and refill if necessary.

How to descale the transducer?

Remove the tank, empty the base. Pour 10 ml of descaling product onto the transducer (see diagram), let it sit for 2 to 5 minutes, brush gently, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

• Make sure that the voltage rating on the type plate corresponds to your main voltage. Any error in connecting the appliance invalidates the guarantee.
• This appliance is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. • The best working environment for the humidifier is: temperature between 5^ and 40^ and moisture less than 80% HR.
• Clean the water tank and the base before first use and after no use for long time.

USE ONLY CLEAR AND CLEAN WATER

FILLING

• Unplug the appliance.
• Take out the cover (1) to accede to water tank (2).
• Take out the water tank from the base and unscrew the water tank cap located under the tank.
• Fill the tank with water (water temperature should be less than 40^ ).
• Close tightly the tank cap, replace the water tank on the base and put the cover.
• Plug the appliance.

ON/OFF:

• Press M/A key (16), the appliance begins working and operating light indicator lights on. LCD screen shows humidity rate. Press the key again and the appliance stops working.

"MOISTURE +":

• Turn clockwise the air flow adjustable button (7). The appliance starts and power light indicator lights on.
• At any time you can adjust air flow by turning the button.
• Turn off completely anticlockwise air flow adjustable button to switch off the appliance until you hear a security bip.

AUTOMATIC CUT-OFF:

• This appliance is equipped with an automatic cut-off device in case of waterless.

• Clean the transducer with descending detergent. Take out the water tank from the base, empty the base and drop 10ml of descending detergent on the transducer. (See picture below)

• Wait about 2 to 5 minutes then wash with a brush and rinse plentifully with clear water.
• To clean the water tank, file it half and add soft detergent. Screw the tank cap and shake it up and down several times, and then use water to rinse.
• If there is waste left in water flume, clean it with a damp cloth and detergent, then rinse with water.
• If the humidifier has not been working for a long time, clean it as described above.
