Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use. Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children. CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.

Before plugging into the mains, check that the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the voltage of your mains supply. To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the appliance or its cord in water or any other liquid. Turn off and unplug the appliance from the mains socket when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp plug and pull from the mains socket. Never pull cord. The use of attachments or accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or injury to persons. Do not leave the appliance unattended when in use. Do not use outdoors. Do not let power cord touch hot surfaces or hang over edge of table or counter where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally. Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use. Before operating this appliance, ensure that long hair is tied back and loose jewellery and clothing are removed. Be certain that accessories are firmly inserted and correctly assembled before operating this appliance. Do not exceed the maximum quantity of ingredients stated in the instruction manual. Do not overfill the bowl. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Ensure the attachments have stopped rotating before lifting the mixer head upwards. Always use the appliance on a secure, dry level surface. Never place this appliance on or near a hot gas or an electric burner or where it could touch a heated appliance.

BEFORE FIRST USE Before using your appliance for the first time, remove all packaging materials and labels. Clean all accessories in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Never immerse the appliance in water.

5/10/2023 3:49 PM OPERATION WARNING: ALWAYS make sure the appliance is turned off and unplugged before assembly and disassembly. 1. Place the appliance on a flat stable surface.

2. Press the head release lever to lift the head unit.

3. Place the mixing bowl into the recessed bowl locator. Twist the mixing bowl clockwise to lock it into place.

4. Place the ingredients in the bowl. Do not overfill the appliance. 5. Fit the desired accessory (whisk, dough hook, or beater) in the accessory

socket. Turn anticlockwise until it locks in position. Turn clockwise to remove.

6. Position the cover on the bowl with the filling opening at the front of the appliance. • During preparation, you can add ingredients through the opening on the cover. 7. Press the head release lever and lower the head unit.

8. Ensure the speed/pulse selector is set to 0. Plug the appliance into the mains socket. 9. Turn the speed selector to a desired speed.

Run at Speed 1 for 30 sec, then run at Speed 2 for 30sec, and then run at Speed 3 for 2 to 4 min to form a cluster.

Run at Speed 2 for 20 sec, and then run at Speed 4 for more than 3 min.

Run at Speed 5 or 6 for more than 3 min.

Allow the appliance to cool down between two consecutive cycles. Pulse: Hold the speed/pulse selector on “P” to pulse for short bursts. 10. When you have finished processing, turn the speed selector to the “0” position. Then unplug the appliance. 11. Press the head release lever to lift the head unit. 12. The mixture can be removed from the bowl using a spatula (not supplied).

5/10/2023 3:49 PM CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Warning: Always turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning. Ensure the appliance has cooled completely before cleaning. Disassemble all attachments. Wash the attachments in warm soapy water with a soft cloth or a sponge. Rinse them thoroughly. Clean the outside of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water. Surfaces in contact with food should be cleaned regularly to avoid cross contamination from different types of food, the use of warm clean water with a mild detergent is advisable when dealing with surfaces that come into contact with food. Correct food hygiene practises should always be followed at all times to avoid possibility of food poisoning /cross contamination. Dry the entire appliance with a dry cloth before replacing. Do not use chemical cleaners or abrasives product for cleaning.

The appliance doesn’t work.

Noise in the mixing bowl when working (the accessory scraped the bowl).

The appliance doesn’t work on certain speed.

Movements occur when the appliance is working.

Check if the plug is in good contact with the socket. Check if the head release lever springs back in place. Check if the appliance works continuously more than 6 10 mins, and wait until the motor cools down.

Check if the mixing bowl is properly installed. Check if the accessory is installed properly onto the appliance.

Check if the mark on speed selector corresponds to the speed silkscreen on housing. Turn the speed selector to 0 ,and then turn to a speed position to recheck if the appliance works.

The head release lever • didn’t spring back in place after installing the mixing • bowl and bowl cover.

Check if the anti-slip feet fall off. Check if the appliance is placed on a smooth and flat tabletop.

Check if the bowl cover is placed on the mixing bowl properly. Check if the mixing bowl is properly installed.
