Warm air enters the refrigerator every time the door is opened. Open the door less often. Check that the door is closed completely. Ensure that the door gasket does not seal properly. A large amount of warm or hot food might have been stored recently. Wait until the refrigerator has reached its set temperature.
Bad smell in the applianceFood with strong odour should be packed tightly before being put inside the appliance. Please check whether there is any deteriorated itemor whether the door seals are left dirty for a long time.

Hot housingHeat dissipation of the built-in condenser via the housing, which is normal. When housing becomes hot due to high ambient temperature and storage of too much food,it recommended to provide good ventilation to facilitate heat dissipation.
Surface condensationCondensation on the exterior surface and door seals of the refrigerator is normal when the ambient humidity is too high. Just wipe the condensate with a clean towel.

THOMSON THSBS100BLIX - INSTALLING THE TEMPERATURE INDICATOR - 1

CHECKING THE TEMPERATURE IN THE COLDEST AREA

Using the temperature indicator, you should regularly check that the temperature is correct in the coldest part of your refrigerator. The temperature inside your refrigerator depends on a number of factors, such as the outside room temperature, how full your refrigerator is, and how often you open the door. Take these factors into consideration when adjusting your appliance.

When the indicator shows "OK", it means your thermostat is set properly and the temperature inside your refrigerator is correct.

If the indicator is white it means the temperature is too high, so you should increase the thermostat setting and wait for 12 hours before checking the indicator again.

After loading the refrigerator or opening the door, the indicator may turn white for a few seconds.
