What is the Breeze function for?

The Breeze function refreshes the air after cooking at very low noise level. It activates by pressing the symbol and turns off automatically after 60 minutes.

How to activate the Hob to Hood function?

This automatic function connects the hood to a compatible hob. The fan speed adjusts automatically according to the temperature of the hottest pan. Refer to the hob manual for more details.

When and how to clean the grease filter?

Clean the grease filter at least once a month. Press the clamp lever, tilt the filter downwards and remove it. Wash it with a sponge using a non-abrasive detergent or in the dishwasher (short, low temperature cycle).

How to replace the charcoal filter?

The charcoal filter is not washable. To replace it, first remove the grease filters, then press the tab to release the charcoal filter. Install the new filter in reverse order. Replace it at least every 4 months.

What does the filter alarm mean?

If the filter light is solid white for 30 seconds, the grease filter needs cleaning. If it flashes white for 30 seconds, the charcoal filter needs replacing or cleaning.

How to reset the filter alarm?

After cleaning or replacing the filter, press the ⑦ symbol for 3 seconds to reset the alarm.

How to replace the LED bulb?

The LED bulb and its driver can only be replaced by a technician. In case of malfunction, contact after-sales service.

Can I use the hood without a charcoal filter?

Yes, if the hood is installed in extraction mode (external discharge), the charcoal filter is not necessary. In recirculation mode, it is essential.

FUNCTION BUTTON

This is an automatic function that connects the hob to the hood. Both the hob and the hood have a communicator with infrared signals. The fan speed is determined automatically, based on the setting of the cooking mode and the temperature of the hottest cookware on the hob. You can also control the fan directly from the hob. The function can be activated from the hob panel.

ACTIVATING MAXIMUM MOTOR SPEED

When you press the button, the maximum motor speed is activated for 8 minutes. After this period, the device returns to the previous speed settings.

When the function is enabled, pressing the button again does not trigger any action.

ACTIVATING AND DEACTIVATING THE FILTER ALARM

The filter alarm reminds you to clean or replace the filter with an active carbon filter, as well as to clean the grease filter.

The filter indicator is on (blinking) for 30 seconds, indicating that the grease filter needs

cleaning. The filter indicator flashes (blinking) for 30 seconds if the filter with active carbon needs to be replaced or cleaned.

1. Turn on the control panel.
2. Remove the protective film.
3. To activate or deactivate the filter alarm, press and hold for 3 seconds.

USING THE HOOD

Check the recommended speed according to the table below.

Y1	While heating up food, cooking with covered pots.
Y2	While cooking with covered pots on multiple cooking zones or burners, gentle frying.
Y3	While boiling and frying big quantities of food without a lid, cooking on multiple cooking zones or burners.

	Refreshes the air in kitchen after cooking at a very low noise level. It can be activated and de-activated by touching the symbol. The function turns off automatically after 60 minutes. Use after cooking only.

It is recommended to leave the hood operating for approximately 15 minutes after cooking.

The control panel is a sensor field. Touch the symbols for 1 second to activate the functions.

To operate the hood:

1. Turn on the appliance by pressing the ① symbol. You can now activate the functions.
2. To activate the function touch the symbol.
3. If needed, touch the light symbol to illuminate the cooking surface.

To turn off the appliance press the ① symbol again.

HOB TO HOOD FUNCTION

It is an automatic function which connects the hob with a hood. Both the hob and the hood have an infrared signal communicator. Speed of the fan is defined automatically on basis of mode setting and temperature of the hottest cookware on the hob. You can also operate the fan using the hob manually. The function can be activated from panel of the hob.

1. Slightly tilt the front of the filter downwards (2), then pull. Repeat the first two steps for all filters.
2. Clean the filters using a sponge with non-abrasive detergents or in a dishwasher.

The dishwasher must be set to a low temperature and a short cycle. The grease filter may discolour, but this has no influence on the performance of the appliance.

1. To mount the filters back, follow the first two steps in reverse order.

Repeat the steps for all filters if applicable.

REPLACING THE CHARCOAL FILTER

WARNING! The charcoal filter is non-washable!

The time of saturation of the charcoal filter varies depending on the type of cooking and the regularity of cleaning the grease filter.

To replace the filter:

1. Remove the grease filters from the appliance.
