INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
IMPORTANT: BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE CAREFULLY.
FILLING THE ELECTRIC GRIDDLE BEFORE USE
BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME, REMOVE THE LABEL AND THE PROTECTIVE FILM.
Parts of the appliance:


- Remove the label and the protective film.
- Before using the appliance for the first time, wash the grid (A) and the drip tray (H) with warm water and mild detergent. Dry them thoroughly.
- Place the drip tray (H).
- Place the grid with the non-stick side (A) on the base for heating (B) and the drip tray (D), making sure that the two parts are perfectly aligned with the base (B). It is important that the temperature sensor (C) is in contact with the grid (A). Depending on the food you are cooking,
Turn the grid (A) with the smooth or the ribbed surface facing up.
- On the front part of the grid there is an opening for the drip tray. The opening allows the dripping of the food into the drip tray.
- By turning the left knob of the appliance, adjust the height of the left leg, so that the appliance is well balanced and completely stable on a hard surface that is resistant to high temperatures.
- Place the food you want to cook on the grid (A).
- Plug the power cord into the socket. When the appliance is connected to the power supply, the indicator light (F) lights up. The indicator light will stay on as long as the appliance is connected to the power supply.

- Turn the knob (E) to the desired temperature setting (to increase the temperature, turn the knob in the direction opposite to the movement of the clock hands). When the indicator light (F) comes on, the heating element is heating up.
The temperature settings for different types of food are given in the table below.

- When the indicator light (F) goes out, it means that the set temperature for cooking has been reached and the appliance is ready for
use.
- The red indicator light (F) indicates that the appliance is heating up; the light stays on until the set temperature is reached. Once the set temperature is reached, the red indicator light turns off and on at intervals, showing that the heating element is maintaining the set temperature at that moment. - The heating time depends on the selected temperature.
The higher the selected temperature, the longer the heating time.
When you have finished cooking, unplug the cable from the socket.
How to use the appliance?
This appliance is intended exclusively for household use.
Before using the appliance for the first time
- Remove all packaging and any labels.
- Using a damp cloth or sponge, wipe the grill plate from both sides (top and bottom) to remove any accumulated dust. Rinse the plate with water, then dry it with a soft cloth or paper towel.
- Place the appliance on a stable surface. Leave enough space between the back of the appliance and the wall, so that the hot air can circulate and the appliance does not overheat the surrounding elements or walls.
- Turn the temperature control knob (E) to the "OFF" position (turn it in the direction of the clock hands).
- Plug the device into the wall socket and check that the indicator light (F) comes on. When the device is powered, the indicator light will turn on.
- Using the temperature control knob (E), select the desired temperature for heating the grill. Then, set the corresponding temperature according to the food you want to cook.
- Do not use a metal utensil to remove food from the grill, as this could damage the non-stick coating.
Instead, use a wooden spatula or another heat-resistant utensil, preferably plastic or silicone.
- During cooking, watch out for juices or other liquids that may be difficult to remove once the device has cooled down, and make sure they do not enter the opening between the grill plate (A) and the heat reflector plate (B).
- Important: The grill plate (A) may emit smoke. Be careful that the smoke does not come into contact with your eyes or face. 10. After use, turn the temperature control knob to the "OFF" position (turn it counterclockwise), unplug the device from the power source, and wait for it to cool down to room temperature before cleaning. 11. Carefully remove the drip tray (H) and dispose of any collected grease before replacing the tray.
Cleaning and care
Important: Never immerse the device, the plug, or the power cord in water or any other liquid. Clean these parts only with a damp cloth. Important: Before connecting or disconnecting the plug, or before cleaning the device, always unplug it and wait for it to cool down completely.
- Clean the grill plate and the drip tray with a damp cloth and a mild detergent (liquid detergent). Then rinse them with clean water and dry them with a soft cloth.
- Storage: Store the device in a clean and dry place.
- Important: Never use the drip tray to carry the device while it is still hot.

Parts of the appliance:


- Remove all packing material and any labels.
- Before using the appliance for the first time, wash the griddle (A) and the drip tray (H) with hot water and a mild detergent (washing-up liquid). Dry both parts thoroughly.
- Install the drip tray (H).
- Install the griddle with non-stick coating (A) over the heat deflector plate (B) and the heater (D), making sure both are perfectly aligned with the plate (B). It is important that the temperature sensor (C) is in contact with the griddle (A). Rotate
the griddle (A) so that either the ribbed or the smooth part are facing up – depending on the type of food you are grilling.
- Note the fat drain opening on the front part of the griddle. The opening allows unimpeded draining of fat onto the drip tray.
- Rotate the left knob on the appliance to set the height of the left foot, so that the grill is supported and completely stable on a solid and high-temperature-resistant surface.
- Place the food you wish to grill onto the griddle (A).
- Insert the plug into the electrical outlet. If the appliance is powered, the white indicator light (F) will be lit. The white indicator light will be on as long as the appliance is connected to the power mains.

- Use the dial on the right side of the appliance (E) to set the desired operating power (to increase the temperature, rotate the dial counter-clockwise). When the heater (D) is heating the griddle, the red indicator light (F) will be lit.
A variety of settings is provided in the table below for guidance.

- When the red indicator light (F) goes off, this means that the grilling temperature has been reached and that the grill is ready for use.
- The red indicator light (F) indicates that the grill is heating up, and it will remain lit until the grill reaches the set temperature. Once the set temperature is reached, the red indicator light will switch on and off periodically, indicating whether the heater maintaining the set temperature is currently operating.
- Pre-heating time depends on the selected temperature setting. The higher the selected temperature, the longer the pre-heating time.
When you are done grilling, remove the plug from the outlet.
How to use the appliance?
This appliance is intended solely for household use.
Before using the appliance for the first time
- Remove all packing material and any labels.
- Use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe the griddle on both sides (ribbed and smooth), removing any dust collected on them. Wipe the griddle dry using a soft cloth or a paper towel.
- Choose the spot where you will use the appliance. Leave enough room between the back of the appliance and the wall, to make sure the heat radiated by the appliance does not damage the kitchen cupboards or walls.
- Set the temperature adjustment dial (E) to the off position (rotate it in the clockwise direction).
- Connect the appliance to the power mains that complies with the specifications on the rating plate or label. When power is supplied to the appliance, the white indicator light (F) will light up.
- Use the temperature adjustment dial (E) to set a low temperature for pre-heating the griddle. Then, set the appropriate temperature according to the food you wish to grill.
- Do not use metal utensils to remove fat or food, as these can damage the non-stick coating. Always use a spatula or another heat-resistant accessory made of wood or silicone.
- During grilling, make sure the juices or other liquids that may be difficult to clean once the appliance cools down do not enter the slot between the griddle (A) and the heat deflector plate (B).
- Important: Steam can be released from the griddle (A). Be careful and make sure your hands or face are not scalded by the steam.
- After use, rotate the temperature adjustment dial to the off position (rotate it in the clockwise direction), unplug the appliance, and wait for it to cool down to room temperature before you start cleaning it.
- Carefully remove the removable drip tray (H) and discard the cooled fat before washing the tray.
Care and cleaning
Important: never immerse the appliance, the plug, or the power cord in water or any other liquid. Only wipe these parts with a damp cloth.

Description of the device:

- Install the oil drip tray (H). - Install the plug with non-stick coating (A) on the heat-insulating plate (B) and the heating element (D), making sure it is perfectly aligned with the plate (B). It is important that the temperature sensor (C) is in contact with the plate (A). Fasten the plate (A) with the provided screw or smooth surface, depending on the type of food you are grilling. - Pay attention to the oil drain hole in the front part of the plate. The hole allows the oil to drain safely into the designated container. - Close the lid of the device to set the height of the upper heating element, so that the food is well supported and stable on the lower surface, resistant to high temperatures. - Place the food you want to grill on the plate (A). - Connect the device to the electrical outlet. - Install the base (H).
- Place the lid with non-stick coating (A) on the plastic deflector (B) and the heating element (D). Make sure that the edges of both parts fit into the grooves (B). It is important to ensure contact of the temperature sensor (C) with the lid (A). The lid can be installed either with the ribs facing up or down.
The upper limit corresponds to the type of products that need to be heated.
- The heating time depends on the selected temperature mode.
The higher the set temperature, the more time is needed for heating.
After heating, remove the plug from the socket.
Using the device
This device is intended for household use only.

Disconnect the device from the mains and let it cool down to room temperature before cleaning it.

Description of the appliance


- Remove the transport packaging and stickers from the appliance. Before first use, wash the hot plate (A) and the drip tray (H) thoroughly with hot water and mild detergent. Dry completely.
- Install the drip tray (H).
- Place the hot plate with non-stick coating (A) on the base (B) or on the heating element (D). Check that it fits well against the base (B). It is important that the temperature sensor (C) touches the hot plate (A). Depending on the selected

- Install the drip tray so that the drain opening for the tray is turned towards the front edge of the appliance and the liquid flows into the drip tray.
- Turn the left knob to adjust the height of the left foot so that the appliance stands level. Place the appliance on a firm, stable surface that is resistant to high temperatures. -For preparing food on the hotplate (A).
- Insert the plug of the power cord into the socket. When the power is supplied, the indicator lamp (F) lights up. The indicator lamp stays on as long as the appliance is connected to the power supply.

The higher the selected temperature, the longer the heating.
Important! Before cleaning and before moving the appliance, disconnect it from the power supply by pulling the plug out of the socket, and let it cool down.
- Wipe the base and the drip tray with a damp cloth with a little mild detergent. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and then with a dry towel.
- Storing the appliance. Store the clean appliance in a clean, dry place.
- Important! Never remove the drip tray while the appliance is still hot.
- Important! Never put the appliance into storage while it is still hot and connected to the power supply.
- Important! Do not wind the cord tightly around the device. Do not pull or carry the appliance by the cord, as the cord may be damaged.
- The drip tray and the hotplate can be washed in warm water with a little mild detergent. Wipe the base of the appliance with a damp cloth.
