PLEASE READ ALL THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE.

• Make sure that the voltage rating on the type plate corresponds to your main voltage.
• Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use: unplug the appliance from power outlet after use.
• Keep out of children. Do not operate the appliance without close attention near children.
• Use the appliance for domestic purposes and for food processing only and in the way indicated in these instructions.
• Never touch the operating elements. Avoid in particular touching your hands, hair and clothes and other tools.
• Do not put your hands into the bowl during operations. Do not insert metal tools such as forks, knives, etc into the bowl during operations.
• Never take out or change any part or accessory during operations.
• Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
• When blending hot liquids, take care of splashing to avoid any burns.
• Switch off and unplug before changing the accessories
• Never immerse the product in water or any other liquid for any reasons. Clean with a damp cloth. Do not use with wet hands.
• Do not place the appliance on or near sources of heat.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Unplug the appliance before cleaning, ranging or replacement of any pieces. Never move or range the appliance by pulling the cord. The power cord should not hang from the edges of the table or other surfaces, it should not come in touch with hot surfaces or be twisted.
• From time to time, check the cord for damages. Never use the appliance if cord or appliance shows any sign of damage.
• All interventions made by a non-qualified person can be dangerous; in this case guarantee conditions would cancel. As all electrical products, a competent electrician must repair it.

• Never remove any accessory when the appliance is plugged.
• Never blend hot fat or oil.

TO USE THE APPLIANCE

The whisk with the disc must be placed on the bigger hole (on left)

WHISK:

for whisking eggs whites, cream, instant pudding, all-in-one cake mixers, creaming margarine and sugar (use margarine at room temperature), mixing eggs into sponge and fruitcakes.

• Set the first whisk on the bigger hole and the second whisk on the other hole. Turn and push until it locks.
• Plug the appliance.
• Place the whisk directly in the food.
• Select the required speed turning the speed selector ring (B).
• Press the "turbo" key (C) to increase the speed. Maintain your finger on the key during processing. Do not use longer than 2 minutes to prevent any overheating.
• Unplug after use.
• Remove accessories from the power unit by pressing EJECT touch.
• Rinse it under warm water.

LITTLE WHISK :

for whisking sauces.

• Set the left whisk (F1) on the bigger hole and the right whisk (F2) on the other hole. Turn and push until it locks.
• Plug the appliance.
• Place the whisk directly in the food.
• Select the required speed turning the speed selector ring (B).
• Press the "turbo" key (C) to increase the speed. Maintain your finger on the key during processing. Do not use longer than 2 minutes to prevent any overheating.
• Unplug after use.
• Remove accessories from the power unit by pressing EJECT touch.

DOUGH HOOKS :

for all cake mixers.

• Set the left hook (G1) on the bigger hole and the right hook (G2) on the other hole. Turn and push until it locks.
• Plug the appliance.
• Place the hooks directly in the food.
• Select the required speed turning the speed selector ring (B).
• Press the "turbo" key (C) to increase the speed. Maintain your finger on the key during processing. Do not use longer than 2 minutes to prevent any overheating.
• Unplug after use.
• Remove accessories from the power unit by pressing EJECT touch.
• Rinse it under warm water.

CAUTION

• Never use a whisk and a hook in the same time.
• Always unplug the appliance before installing or removing accessories.

Speed setting 1 is used when beginning to whisk.

• To continue whisking choose a higher setting according to the quantity and consistency of mixture and the size of the bowl.
• Turbo speed is used to mix ingredient more quickly, to give greater volume and firmness.

CLEANING

• Always switch off and unplug from outlet after use and before cleaning operation.
• To make the cleaning easier, rinse the accessories soon after use, as soon as they are withdrawn from the appliance. Accessories may be washed in dishwasher.
• Never immerse power unit nor power cord. Wipe the power unit with a damp soft cloth. Never use abrasives. Dry thoroughly before using or ranging.

Instructions on environment protection

Do not dispose of this product in the usual household garbage at the end of its life cycle; hand it over a collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic appliances. The symbol on the product, the instructions for use or the packing will inform about the methods of disposal.

The materials are recyclable as mentioned in its marking. By recycling or others forms of re-utilization of old appliances, you are making an important contribution to protect our environment.
