How to set the time on the machine?
Press the Hours button (13). The minutes flash. Use the + and - buttons (14) to adjust the minutes (00 to 59). Press Hours again to set the hours (00 to 23) and confirm by pressing Hours a third time.
How to program a delayed start?
Make sure the appliance is plugged in, the tank is filled and the time is set. Press Program (12). The programming indicator lights up. Set the desired start time using the + and - buttons as for the time, then press Start/Stop (10) to confirm. You can also choose the ice size beforehand.
What to do if the low water indicator lights up while the tank is full?
This may indicate a damaged water pump. First check that the tank is properly filled and that the water reaches the required level. If the problem persists, contact a qualified repairer.
Why is the machine not producing ice cubes?
Several possible causes: the compressor may be running but without refrigerant (leak), or the solenoid valve may be leaking. Also check that the ambient temperature is between 10°C and 32°C. If the fault indicator is on, remove stuck ice cubes and restart.
How to clean the ice maker?
Unplug the appliance. Remove the ice cubes and the ice bin. Clean the bin with dish soap and rinse with drinking water. Remove the drain plug to drain the water. Wipe the inside and outside with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive detergents. Dry thoroughly before reassembling.
Which ice cube size to choose according to ambient temperature?
Refer to the table: below 10°C or above 32°C, do not use. Between 10-15°C: small or medium. 15-20°C: small, medium or large. 20-25°C: medium or large. 25-32°C: extra large is recommended.
What to do if the compressor is running but no ice is made?
This may be due to a refrigerant leak or a leaking solenoid valve. Contact a qualified repairer to diagnose and repair.
The machine emits several successive beeps, what to do?
If the beeps are accompanied by the low water indicator, fill the tank with drinking water. If the full bin indicator lights up, remove the ice cubes. In both cases, the beeps will stop after correction.
Can I leave the machine running all night?
No, it is not recommended to run the appliance for more than 5 consecutive hours. After 5 hours, stop production for at least one hour to avoid overheating.
How to drain the remaining water in the machine?
Unplug the appliance. Remove the drain plug (9) at the back to drain the water. Tilt the machine slightly backward to completely empty. Be careful not to exceed the recommended tilt to avoid damage.
