How to use the ACCUSIMMER function?
Turn the ACCUSIMMER knob to Simmer, then adjust the cooking zone between Low and High. Use Low for gentle simmering with lid, Medium for rapid simmering without lid. After cooking, return the knob to Normal.

Press the ALL OFF/LOCK key for 3 seconds. The red indicator lights up to confirm locking. To unlock, press and hold for 3 seconds again.
