How to use the warming zone?
Push and turn the warming zone knob to the desired setting. The zone does not glow, but the hot surface indicator light turns on. Cover food with a lid or aluminum foil. Maximum recommended time: 1 hour.
How to clean the ceramic glass cooktop?
Use a special cooktop cleaner (part no. 31464B) and a scraper (part no. WA906B) for stubborn stains. Clean sugar spills as soon as possible. Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners.
What to do if the cooktop does not turn on?
Check that the fuse is not blown or the circuit breaker is not tripped. Make sure the control knob is pressed before turning. If the lock (All Off Lock) is activated, press for 3 seconds to unlock.
How to use the double or triple element?
For the double/triple element, push and turn the knob to the DUAL or TRIPLE position. The zone adapts to the size of the cookware. To change zones while in use, press the ON button again (for touch models) or turn the knob (for knob models).
What does the hot surface indicator mean?
The hot surface indicator stays on as long as the cooking surface is too hot to touch, even after the zones are turned off. It may stay on for up to 45 minutes after a power outage.
