Before using the appliance, read the following instructions carefully. Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users.
- This appliance is designed for domestic use only and is not intended for bars, restaurants, farmhouses, hotels, motels, and offices.
- Use the appliance only for the purposes described in this manual. Incorrect or improper use can be dangerous for both the device and the user.
- Be careful when handling the cutting blades, when emptying the jug, and during cleaning.
- Switch off and unplug the appliance if it's left unattended and before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.
- The appliance is not intended to be used by children. Keep this appliance and its power cord out of reach of children.
- The appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children must not play with the appliance.
- Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage stated on the rating label of the appliance and that the wall outlet is grounded.
- Do not immerse the cord, plug, or any non-removable part of the appliance in water or any other liquid, nor expose electrical connections to water. Make sure your hands are dry before handling the plug or switching on the appliance.
- If the appliance falls accidentally in water, unplug it immediately. Do not touch the water!
- Do not operate the device if empty or overfilled.
- Do not heat up the device in a microwave or oven, nor let it cool down in a refrigerator or freezer.
- The appliance will work only if properly assembled.
- Do not use the device to mince hard foods such as rice or frozen foods.
- Do not move the product during operation.
- Do not keep the device running for more than 30 seconds at a time. Allow the device to cool down before using it again after 30 seconds of operation.
- Turn off the device before opening it. Do not open the device until the motor and blades have completely ceased operation.
- Check the power cord regularly for visible damage. If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced by Cecotec's official Technical Support Service to avoid any danger.

Do not use the appliance if its cord, plug, or housing are damaged, nor after it malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any way.

Do not twist, bend, pull, or damage the power cord. Protect it from sharp edges and heat sources. Do not allow it to touch hot surfaces. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the working surface or worktop.
- This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- In case the device suddenly stops working, let it cool down for 20-30 minutes before using it again.
- You can clean the device with water at a maximum temperature of 100° C.
- Turn off and unplug the appliance from the mains supply when not in use and before cleaning it. Pull from the plug, not the cord, to disconnect it from the outlet.
- The appliance is not dishwasher safe.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning agents to clean the device.
- Do not use any accessory that has not been recommended by Cecotec, as they might cause injuries or damage.

2. BEFORE USE
- This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the device out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent product damage when transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
- Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If any of them are missing or not in good condition, please contact the official Cecotec Technical Service immediately.

3. PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
- Before using the appliance, clean any parts that may touch food.
- Remove the mini food mincer and its accessories from the box and wash them with water. Use a wet cloth to clean the motor.
- Place the non-slip mat on a flat surface and mount the appliance's container on it. Fig. 2
- Mount the shaft in the main unit and add food inside. Fig. 3
- Put the lid on. Fig. 4
- Place the motor inside the food mincer. The blade shaft must be aligned with the hole in the centre of the device. Fig. 5

- To assemble them, place the side blade on top of the main blade and screw them counterclockwise. Remove the protective cover.
- To remove them, unscrew the side blade clockwise.
- Please handle the blades carefully, they are very sharp.
4. OPERATION
- The device has two speed levels and two blades.
- Assemble the device, plug it in, and press the speed setting I or II button. The device will start running.
- It is recommended to use speed setting I for soft foods such as vegetables and speed setting II for hard foods such as meat, carrots, bread, or even ice.
- If the user stops pressing the speed setting I or II buttons, the device will stop working.
- Do not keep the device running for more than 30 seconds at a time.
- Once the blade stops rotating, move the device and open the lid. Remove the chopping blade and use a spatula to separate the food from the blade.
- If food gets stuck in the bowl, switch off the appliance and unplug it. Use a spatula to remove clogged food and switch the device back on.
- If after 30 seconds of operation you do not get the desired result, switch off the device and wait for 2 minutes. Turn it on again.
Mincing meat
You can choose between the main blade or both blades. When the blade is already mounted inside the container, remove bones from the meat before adding it in. Cut the food into 1-2 cm pieces and add them to the container. Do not exceed the container's MAX. mark.
Mincing fruit and vegetables
Pick both blades. Install them inside the container. Cut fruit and vegetables into 1-2 cm pieces.
The pieces' length must not exceed 2-3 cm. Do not exceed 4/5 of the container's capacity.
Warnings:
- There are two non-stick marks on the sides of the blades. If the two marks are not properly aligned, it means that the blades are not properly mounted. If you start using the device without the blades properly installed, it may result in injury for the user.
- A locking system is included in the main unit.
- The device will not start working unless it's placed on a flat surface.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Disconnect the appliance from the power supply and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the device's surface. Do not immerse the motor in water or other liquid.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to clean the product.
- Clean detachable parts with warm, soapy water. Clean it with water and let it dry.
- The motor is not dishwasher safe, but the parts free of electrical components are the following: glass bowl, stainless-steel bowl, and blades.
- The blades' cutting edges are very sharp. Be careful when cleaning them.
- Dry the device and components before reassembly.
6. TROUBLESHOOTING
