Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by unsupervised children.
• Make sure the appliance is unplugged from the power supply before cleaning or user maintenance.
• This appliance is designed for domestic use only and is not intended for bars, restaurants, farmhouses, hotels, motels, and offices.

• Never insert fingers, pencils, or other objects through the grille when the appliance is running.

• All safety instructions must be closely followed when using the appliance.

• Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage stated on the product marking and that the wall outlet is grounded.

2. BEFORE USE

• This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the device out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent product damage when transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
• Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If any of them are missing or not in good condition, please contact Cecotec's official Technical Support Service immediately.

3. PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

• To install the blades, fit the back grid (7) onto the motor (5) and secure it by screwing the grid lock (8) counterclockwise. Move the blades (9) to the centre position and tighten them securely with the fan lock (10). Fit the front grid (12) and tighten it by securely fixing the ring (13) and its screw.
• Once the blades are installed, you can screw the assembly directly to the base (16) and use it as a table fan or attach it to the body (15) and screw it to the base (16) to use it as a stand fan.

4. OPERATION

• Install the appliance on a dry and stable surface.
• Plug the device into a power supply.

1. Oscillation: press the Oscillation button to activate the oscillation function.
2. Timer: press the Timer button repeatedly to select the operating time: 1, 2, or 4 hours.
3. Mode: press the Mode button to select the fan mode: Normal, Natural, or Noche (night).
4. Fan speed: press this button to select the desired speed: 1, 2, or 3.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Disconnect the appliance from the power supply and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
• Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the surface of the device.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquid.
• Do not use abrasive products such as solvents, acids, or alcohol to clean the plastic components, as these could be deformed or damaged.
• Do not use a damp cloth to clean the motor. Keep the fan clean and store it in a dry place

to avoid moisture.

• We recommend using neutral detergent and a soft cloth. Do not use solvents, acid detergents, petrol, alcohol, etc. to clean the plastic parts, as they may be damaged.
• Use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust which accumulates on the safety grille. Do not remove the safety grille.
• Do not allow water to enter the motor or touch the cord during cleaning.

6. TROUBLESHOOTING

If the fan does not work after switch-on:

• Check that the power cord is properly connected to a power outlet.
• Check if the cover is deformed or touches the fan blades.
  If the fan makes noise when switched on, check the following:
• The fan blades have been installed on the motor output shaft.
• The slot in the back cover coincides with the insertion slot of the output shaft.
• The fan blades are defective.
• The cover is deformed or touches the fan blades.
